Ghost Donkey is a fun, tucked-away speakeasy with an impressive variety of nachos and creative drinks. I especially loved their take on a Nespresso martini—rich layers of cinnamon foam, perfectly chilled, with aromatic coffee and a light smoky mezcal note. I don’t even like mezcal, but they balanced it beautifully. The lounge area was surprisingly spacious and relaxing, perfect for a small group of 2–4 people. A great spot to unwind with flavorful bites and inventive cocktails....
Love this tequila and mezcal bar. Small and fun. Feels tiny for vegas but always full! I noticed this time visiting the little donkeys in the drinks have been scaled back and the drinks and coking from pre-mixed bottles and servers are really just more adding garnish these days but still … I do like it. Try the nachos!! Beware…the drinks in here are strong!
