Food and service were really good. The ambiance was nice except for the gigantic video screen on the adjacent building which literally lit up the inside of the restaurant and was distracting every 3 minutes as it cycled through the graphics.
Was in the mood for pasta and enjoyed it. Had fried calamari app and the rigatoni with ragu sauce for my entree. It was ok, would have preferree marinara sauce honestly. White Sangria cocktail was refreshing. I may return when in the area next time. With so many dining choices around, it may be a while before I get back to Giada.

Disappointed. Had their famous lemon spaghetti. Although flavorful, the noodles were super sticky. Like when you’re cooking pasta at home and it doesn’t go well. Giada would certainly not approve. We also had a pizza. It was floppy. Not cooked long enough. Nothing to write home about, certainly for the price. $40 for an Old Fashion. We will not be back. Wouldn’t recommend. There are much better places to eat in Vegas.

Overall the food is good but not many vegetarian options at all and the check took some time to come. The spicy pasta was very good though. If you like seafood pasta then definitely give it a try.

I had a terrible experience here due to a lack of communication from the staff. I arrived for a dinner reservation and was casually informed to head into the restaurant. I was a bit confused and after inquiring further where our table would be, the hostess informed me it was “buffet style” this evening. That wasn’t an issue at all until I received the bill. The staff did not inform my wife and I that it was actually a special F1 event and I was hit with over a $1000 bill. I’m absolutely blown away the staff didn’t inform me that the event was a $500 per person night. The food and service was no where near worth such an outrageous price tag. Much of the food was dry after sitting out for too long and there was little to no table staff. I will not be returning to Giada any time in the future.

Me and my husband have gone to Vegas 3 times in the last 14 months. We have been to Giadas every trip. No other restaurants we have visited have been repeated. The lemon ricotta pasta is a five star dish. Highly recommend!

Went here on a business trip and was more than pleasantly surprised. The ambiamce, view of the strip, wait staffs attention to detail and my food exceeded all my expectations. The appetizer I had was amazing. Then the main dish the cacio e pepe was absolutely amazing best pasta dish I’ve ever had. 5 stars for all the above !

what can i say food some of the best italian ever. never disappoints . Our meals appetizer and deserts out of this world . Our server Eddie was so wonderful made us feel so welcomed and his attention to detail was superb . congrats to the food and such a great staff
