I was treated very nicely inside the restaurant. What made me go was an advertisement that came in the mail about the hand tossed crust. My husband and I placed a delivery order and it was really delicious pizza! I will try other items on the menu. I love this place.

Walked in today around 12:30 PM with friends, it was empty we were not greeted nice instead it was more of an annoyance when we gave the older woman in the front our order. I ordered 1 slice of veggie pizza and was told by the lady cashier that the last slices were part of another order. I understand- so I ordered pep instead- I preferred veggie but its my lunch hour and I didn't have time to wait for a new pizza. As I waited I noticed the guy running the oven only heating up 2 slices of veggie, so I asked about a slice of the remaining. " are these slices for another order? " him- "yes" but looks confused. " are these slices for another order? " him " yes" still looking confused
*we realized the language barrier, my friend translates He tells her they are not part of an order, I let him know that's what Id preferred- I was charged- fine ill take both.
there is clearly a lack of communication with the kitchen and the front, when my friend also ordered some onion rings we waited for about 15 minutes for what was only 5 small onion rings, my friend asked about how long since we had been waiting we were made to feel like we were annoying the lady in the front because then she disappeared, she stated oh for the wait Im just not going to charge you but my friend was indeed charged.
The food was great but the customer service was honestly horrible which sucks.

Since moving out here from NYC, it’s been really hard to find a pizza joint remotely close to something from home. This place definitely has it. And for anyone who hasn’t visited the East coast, this is what nyc pizza taste like (in my opinion of course) the service was also great and friendly and very much appreciated.

My order was wrong, not only was it over priced but it was wrong. I ordered pepperoni with extra cheese, seems like a simple order any pizza lover would accept right? Wrong, the pizza was only topped half way and if that was extra cheese I hate to see what normal cheese looks like on there pizzas. The pizza was good, but 30$ for a medium pizza and my order was wrong is unacceptable. I don't recommend ordering from here unless you have money and time to waste.

Hands down the best pizza ? in town! The owner is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He is a very busy businessman but always takes time out to thank his customers. He treats his staff like family, and takes care of his 92 year old mama. He treats her like gold. If you’re having a party or just a slice you won’t find better pizza and you can’t beat the price! Gianna’s forever!

Excellent cheese pizza. A couple extra minutes in the oven and it may be perfect. Next time I'll order it extra cooked. Potentially my favorite pizza in Vegas and I've tried around 25 different spots. Needs some leopard marks on the bottom and a couple dark bubbles and it will be a 10 imo.

Ordered two slices, waited 20 minutes then a guy comes in and orders two slices. Two minutes later and he has his pizza and is out the door and I am still waiting. After 25 minutes I get my slices and they were not even what I ordered. Terrible customer service and the pizza was just okay this time anyway. Plenty of other places that serve slices just as good or better that actually give a dam about their customers. Most pizza places could have made me a pizza from scratch in 25 minutes, this place can't even heat up a slice that was already cooked. Very poor customer service.
