Gilley's Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que

Dance floor closed and advertised events, line dance, bull riding and band was not taking place

Very enjoyable evening. Food, service and entertainment were awesome. Somewhat annoying though was the two dining room tables (they were placed together) and the saloon round high top were extremely wobbly and we almost lost our drinks more than once.

What an amazing experience. Food was some of the best I've had in Vegas and the line dancing was awesome. Ride the Bull, if you dare.

Have been here several times and this was not a great experience. The best part of our service was the person refilling our waters and checking in our plates! I don't know his name but he was great! The jalapeño tater tots are also good!! We were there for a celebration dinner and I put it in the reservation. Not one mention of it at time of seating or during the dinner. The server rarely came back never got more drinks never asked how it was. She was frequently at another table and ignored us. Partybof 7 we would have enjoyed much more and had many drinks and dessert but service was terrible. Never said goodbye or thanks or anything. I'm sure they know they can charge this because Vegas not locals nothing you can do

Brisket sandwich was delicious. The meat was extremely tender melt and had great flavor. Ribs were fall of the bone good. Definitely would recommend this to restaurant.

Bland food over priced and never mentioned my wife's birthday that was in the notes. They need to really work on the food and service

Everything was great. We went for lunch. I had the brisket filet and hubby had the New York steak. Yum yum. Oh we shared the nachos. One of the best stacks of nachos I’ve ever had!

We came to dance and eat and I found it odd that our waitress took a card to keep on file and didn't do that to any table. They know who I am if I did open table. Maybe it's a Vegas thing but I was offended.

Gilley's is a great place if you love the country western scene! I do! Food was good but the beer is overpriced, but that's Vegas

Absolutely blown away by this place. They do line dancing on certain days. This was happening whilst we were there and it was great fun. Thats not the best part. The food was amazing too! We had the nachos, chicken wings, salads, full rack of ribs and some other sides and it was all delicious. The line dancing was a great hit. Great experience.

Great Atmosphere and big place with bar and restaurant, as well as live country music on weekends. Mechanical bull riding and line dancing. Huge stage for dancing. Great decorations and good selection of food from burgers to barbecue. Excellent bar for entertainment, food, and dancing.

Live music wed-sun in different iterations including live karaoke! Huge place that is worth exploring as its entrance is between the pirate ships & has great atmosphere! Huge event space for private parties looking out center strip thru floor ceiling windows that roll open in cooler weather! Perfect! Dont get me started on food or the staff!! 5 stars always consistent.
