The bands can be hit or miss. Always a good time when the music is good. You can also practice your bull riding skills while you're at it. So I'll take that as a win. Yee haw!

Fun and interesting place. The food was good and came out quickly. A nice stop in the middle of all the bright blinking lights.

From reading the reviews and seeing flyers for this place, we thought we would get to watch bull riding and dancing while we ate. This is not the case. The restaurant and bar are separate.
The staff was friendly but the service was not great. We waited quite some time to be served. When drinks were brought out, we were pretty sure that the mule we ordered was the wrong alcohol. We then waited so long to be checked on that we almost finished eating (food was dropped by a runner) before we got the drink corrected.
Food had a great flavor and was very large portions.

It's a fun place to go dancingandlistento livemusicon the weekends. I'm not a big fan that they charge a separate tax on a drink. Most bars just included it in the price of the drink.

Parking: As long as you are going to Tresure Island, parking is free.

I wasn't hungry and wanted to take something small, but the portion was huge. We reserved for the music and the bulls - they are in a pub and not in a restaurant, we had to move there later and get a beer there. There are no reservations and you can also order food - it's top, the restaurant is not so fun.

Cool place but drinks cost too much. A vodka-cranberry and a bottle of coors light cost me $28 before the tip.

Tasty BBQ. Went for the ribs myself. They were well fried with tasty BBQ sauce. There was a choice of different side dishes. 2 were included in the price. Service was good and friendly. .This restaurant is located in Treasure Island.

The beer was cold, and the fries and service were good. The brisket filet was dry and unimpressive for being one of the most expensive items, and just had bbq sauce spooned over it. The brisket sandwich was absolutely inedible - I had 1-2 bites and left the rest. I suspect the brisket meat was microwaved in a pouch before being out on the bun, and it was very chewy. I will not eat here again, but would definitely recommend drink at the bar.

The female bartender is really mean. Go to the guy , he nice. Was in town during the rodeo convention so it was always packed.

We have been coming to Treasure Island for years for the "Big Game Party". What a major flop this year! $235 all-you-can-eat and drink, for food that was not edible. I am from Los Angeles, and our restaurants are inspected and rated yearly. This was an "F". The wings were cold, barely thawed; the nacho chips were stale, and the buns for the burgers and pulled pork were so stale and dry that the bread crumbled like a dry cracker. If this was a calculated decision by management to unload old food, then shame on them. More likely, this is a result of extremely poor management or a sign of a failing business. Either way, management should be fired, and they have lost our patronage of over 10 years at TI. Over the years, our group has grown to over 25 people from all over the country. The only positive was the very friendly staff.

I love the movie Urban Cowboy so of course I’d have to make a stop at Gilley’s. I don’t remember women in risqué uniforms at the Gilley’s that Bud and Sissy frequented but that’s ok. The food was fine. It definitely lacked in flavor. It was awfully bland for a bbq joint. The service was quick even on a busy Saturday night and the wait staff was attentive. Overall I don’t find it to be an accurate replication of the old Gilley’s honkytonk from the 1980’s but for what it is it’s fine.

Food was pretty good. Portions were huge. Service was great. I don’t like country music much and this is a honky tonk style place with line dancing in the bar area (separate from dining). They were playing the worst version of country music. You know the auto-tuned over produced pop-neck country.
