Five star love it will come back next time recommended for all Filipino

Oct. 3, 2024. We visited Las Vegas for the weekend and we found this place on a Thursday night. It wasn't busy, the food was good, service is good, the band is good. It could be better but we had a fun night with the band. I even get to jam play the guitar with the band. Music was awesome! Top 40 from the 80s. Atmosphere is good. I will come back to Gimik Republik on our next trip to Las Vegas.

A great place to go if you are batang 90's. Although sometimes food can take a long time to come.

We went here at GiMik Republik for the crispy pata, but they overcooked it. I requested a bit of crunch, but the result was burned. We did not see it because the lights are dark and we trust them but unfortunately the result was this? so frustrating!

We had our wedding reception here and everything was perfect! Jessie was so helpful and accommodating with all of our requests. He helped us with getting a band that we and all of our guests loved . The staff and food was amazing. We highly recommend this place for any special occasions. Thank you for making our special day even more special!

People are nice, and the food is excellent, but I wish they would stop doing karaoke at some point, so people can dance and it will be perfect!

We had late dinner for 6 people last Saturday July 6, 2024. The food & service was good not the atmosphere.
It seems the band that was playing favored the bigger table of 10+ people that they kept letting them sing & not everybody else that was there.
Mic didn't rotate at all. We even pass a paper for the song I wanted to sing because it was my gf's birthday week. Guess what the band didn't honor anyone else's except their friends at the big table.
We had at least an hour or so left so we ordered our food & waited for nothing. What a way to ruin everyone else's night.
GimikFilipino mgmt don't book that band anymore.

Poor service. Tried to eat tonight but server was really rude to us since kitchen's gonna close although we were not informed beforehand regarding it. We just left and cancelled the order. Been a loyal customer ever since prior covid but never gonna come back unless needed.

First time here and definitely not the last! :)Food was great, we ordered the original sisig but I think it was kinda bitter , next time we'll try the sisig liempo which the bartender recommended. Bistek was also good but the crispy Karekare hit the spot.They have the live band where you can request a song (i think) and also karaoke.

Okay. But it was dead when we went on a Saturday night. Band was so-so... A few times the singers were desafinado. Could have been better. But it's alright. Food was good.
