I went there in March 2024, but it is still under construction and not open for business.
Love, love, love Korean BBQ. It is a shame this place is going away forever.
Business closes as of 22/07/15
This used to be one of my favorites but, sadly they have changed the AYCE menu, raised the price, and placed some heavy restrictions. I understand that small businesses narrowly survived the last couple of years, but this is not the road to recovery. With all that said, the staff is all still super friendly and sweet, and the quality of the food has not changed- it's still great.
Got the all you can eat special, and everything was great. I also liked the quiet environment because it's perfect for conversations with family and friends.
The freshly grilled meats are delicious here! The side dishes are equally tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the all you can eat and tried eight different meats! We even had beef belly for the first time! Yum!
This is my absolute favorite place to eat when I come to Vegas. The food is off the chain good. Service is great too. Authentic indeed. A must visit!
My favorite place in Las Vegas. The buffets all the same and are good. But this place are better. By the way in our trip of 3 nights we dinner the three nights here
Had Korean buffet at Ginseng BBQ. Large selection of meats and side dishes. Everything you expect nothing more, nothing less.
Worth the walk down the alley. Hidden gem. Excellent Korean BBQ. Staff were friendly and efficient… anticipating our needs before we asked. Loved the Bulgogi!

Probably one of the best Korean BBQ places I've been to in a long time. My wife, who is from Korean also agreed. People who complain about the food must be expecting 5 star meal service for very low prices because I had nothing to complain about. For starters, it's a no brainer to opt for the All you can eat menu. For under $40 you can have unlimited 삼겹살 (Pork belly) 우겹살 (beef belly), 2 strips of LA 갈비 (Kalbi), and several other BBQ standards. The portions are extremely generous, for an AYCE, and the food is marinated very well. Especially the LA Kalbi, super soft and falls off the bone. Also not too sweet.Seriously I don't know how they make a profit by giving such generous and good quality portions. The side dishes were mostly good, we found the fish cake lacking in flavor a bit. Rather than kimchi they had spicy cabbage. We also had the 뒌장찌게 (deonjang jjigae) to wash it all down. It was a little pricey compared to the AYCE ($18 which is basically 1/2 the price of AYCE)Great service and FREE PARKING :D a hidden gem! Will definitely return if in Las Vegas!
This place is easily overlooked - down a little alley off of the Strip. It was empty when I got there for lunch (always makes me nervous!), but the food was very good. I had the Bulgogi special. It was very flavorful and a good price. The hostess/server was very nice and helpful. Don't be deterred by the location (there is parking at the end of the alley), it is worth it!
Just the best. You won't be disappointed. If you are not familiar with the area, there is parking next to the restaurant, 3 hours free! Just let them know you parked there when you enter the restaurant. Service was great, food was delicious and the restrooms are clean.
This is a solid Korean bbq joint in Vegas. The all you can eat is the way to go. Great sides and great meat options. I will for sure be coming back.
Loved this! The all you can eat bbq was great value and they give you all the sides too. As a veggie I really enjoyed the soup and sides. So much better value / food than most places on the strip. Recommend!! ?????
