So I was driving by looking for something to eat. But I wanted to try something new. Saw Giordanos and I pulled up checked the reviews. Has a great score out of 2200 reviews. Decided to take a chance. Was greeted by TJ at the door and he was also going to be our server. Stated that it was my first time there. Got my drink order and explained the menu to me. What the restaurant was known for and of course what his favorites are. Needless to say ordered a little bit of everything from the menu. Will definitely be back that’s for sure!

This was our first time here, but it won’t be our last. TJ was a great server and the food was fantastic and fast. We got the Italian sub, Caesar salad and a deep dish original. All were delicious. It’s very nice in here and I’m guessing on VGK game nights it’s packed! We will for sure be back. Glad we found this place in our quest for a lunch spot

I ordered take out. The order consisted of the Margherita thin crust pizza and garlic parm fries. This was the absolute worst meal I think I have EVER had. The fries were so soggy and limp and the pizza was deplorable. This was worse than the worst frozen pizza you could find on the market. At first glance, it looked OK but even before pulling it apart, when really paying attention, you could tell the dough was just strange, and the presentation was not at all like a Margherita should be. I should have taken photos of it. It went into the trash after tasting it (and I ordered a large - so you can imagine the waste). The fries were only salvageable because I put them in the air fryer, but even then, they weren't good. I would never order from here again and would not recommend anyone I know go here. The only thing good about this experience was the customer service.
