Unfortunately this place dropped the ball BIG time. We ordered and waited 45 minutes before the server came and asked what pizzas we ordered. He lost our order and said it would be at least another 30 minutes or longer before our pizzas would be ready. This is not the place to go for a dine in experience.

Excellent as always! We travel 3000 miles to Vegas & NEVER miss the opportunity to have a Giordano's pizza. Fresh ingredients, Chicago style deep dish and House salad are always a winner in our book! Erica served us. She was friendly & knowledgeable as always!

we sat down to order at 645pm. it's now 8pm and someone just came by and said that it will be another 5 minutes. ridiculous. there are 3 tables in here right now. 5 servers, and a bunch of kitchen staff. everyone is just standing around. we were given an excuse about a printer. still not able to cook a pizza because a printer is down? cmon. we tried this place when it first opened and it was awful. finally came back to try and equally as bad. won't even matter if the food is good because we literally are sitting here waiting for over an hour on a Tuesday night. unacceptable. how can a business stay alive like this? kids are hungry and complaining as well they should be. I'm hungry and complaining. all around poor experience. and honestly service matters as much as food quality.

Food was fine. Came here for the Chicago style deep dish pizza and it was good, just not quite the level I was expecting. We got personal pizzas and it came out much faster than we anticipated the deep dish style to come out so I don’t know if those are a little different? We got the skillet cookie for dessert. The cookie taste was good, but didn’t come out in a skillet and was just a little warm, so not sure it should really be called a skillet cookie. Our poor server was the only one there and worked really hard to keep up, but you could tell he was struggling with a full load (which was understandable). Overall, would be willing to come back, but would lower expectations. Price for pizza is probably reasonable for food quality.

Solid choice for a Chicago-style, deep dish pizza. Was pretty busy when I visited on a Saturday but was able to snag a seat at the bar. Lunch special (M-F) for $15, you can get a small pizza and a side.All deep dish pizzas take 45+min to make, so plan accordingly! They have normal pizza's too for those not wanting deep dish.If you sit at the bar, service can take a while as bartender also makes drinks for the main dining area as well. All in all, not too bad.Food: 9/10Service: 7/10
