Modern, spacious and convenient. Miguel P was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Marelbis did a good job at a clean room.

Boring, 3rd time going hoping there will be more people, nobody shows up. Always dead. Security think it's a night club, management ran by a small dude with huge ego. Don't bother.

The Hispanic bar tender is very rude & racist to black woken on numerous occasions when I’ve asked her what type or dark liquor she serves she refuses tell us then proceeds to say read it yourself then we did make a order she was very rude slamming things then proceeds to tell security we were smoking weed in the back and it was cigarettes, also refused to put on the heating lamps and also refused diversity on the music when it was a mixed bar with blacks and whites too also rude told us we couldn’t play pool until we though drinks so we did that got the rude treatment the was told that we have to go for smoking tobacco and we had to leave out the side gate not through the front also it was a couple next to us smoking cigarettes but our was a cigar …. There was literally no ppl there we always bring a crowd if this BAR ISNT FOR BLKS LET US KNOW WE WILL FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO

What an absolutely delightful spot! The perfect balance of quality and value. Angel made check in seamless and stress free. The food at the bar was great, as is the entertainement yard out back.

MINUTES walk to Fremont Experience, which is the best part of Vegas.

I've NEVER been refused entry to a bar. It was New Years Eve. Not only did my friends get asked to leave, my wife got asked to leave and she is always extremely coherent. My other friend and I left to get food and came back and were refused entry. I moved to Vegas from Utah and this bar practically promoted sobriety.
If you want to have a good time and drink DO NOT go here. They don't want anyone thats had a drink before they get there and the older guy with black/white hair at the front door is not friendly.
If you want to go to somewhere that is practically empty for New Years this is your spot.

This place is great fun with reasonable drink prices and lots of things to do inside & out! It’s a must stop when in town.

Gold Spike is an awesome bar! It is huge inside and has the most attentive bar staff. The outside has a bunch of games like Tetris and pong. Restrooms are maintained well.

Saw them deny entry to someone in a wheelchair, which should've been the red flag. The bartenders are nice, but the female security officer seems to be on a power trip. We hung out there a couple of nights in a row to play pool. On a Friday, I was given a nasty shot and spat it out in the bathroom because of how gross it was, and I was thrown out for that, being accused of puking, which was utterly untrue. I've never been thrown out of any establishment ever. We won't be back because of how they treated us. They walked me out the front door and had my sister-in-law close out my tab on my behalf, which I'm pretty sure isn't allowed. It was empty in there almost every night we went in, and now I get why.

After initial security check in and being in the venue for 2+ hours, security decided that my prescription glasses were a safety risk. I was asked to remove my glasses or leave the venue. Not handicap friendly.
