This was the worst chicken and fries I've ever tasted, who fries chicken in Tempura batter that makes the chicken taste like oil and batter, $40 dollars wasted. Do not eat here if you want good quality fried chicken. 0 stars

5-21/2022Clean facility. Decent prices. Attractive helpful staff (Thank you Ashlee). The 2-piece breast and wing meal (or 2 piece white) with one side was very good. Crispy battered large pieces of chicken (less expensive and much bigger than KFC’s) were juicy and flavorful. Mac-n-cheese were cheesy and creamy. The yams had a different dash of flavor I was not used to but was moist with good texture.Friendly menu suggestion: Great Menu design and easy to read. Put your fish and shrimp items on the menu. We completely forgot to order them once I entered the restaurant. A member of my party was planning on eating BBQ chicken breast and wings. Even with the delicious picture of the BBQ chicken sandwich on the ‘Nic Nac’s’ signage. Clarity of the BBQ only being in sandwich form may stop further disappointments lol!While waiting for our orders and chit chatting with other customers we were easily convinced to return and try everything else on the menu. My orders were correct, fresh, delicious and served in a timely manner. We are locals and we will be back.

This is a nice little chicken restaurant. I came across this restaurant by complete accident. I gave it a shot and it turns out the food was very good. The guy working there was very nice and the wait wasn’t too long. I would definitely recommend for something quick and affordable.

I am originally from Cali, and I know it originally came from MI, but every since I was a kid. I ate it in Cali! I moved to Vegas 27 yrs ago. Every time I go to Cali. I had to get me some Golden bird chicken. I am just happy that Vegas has one now. I don't gotta go all the way back to Cali to get some. I can get some whenever I want it now.... I went here on this past Saturday and got some. I was not disappointed! It was Bomb! The employees there were very nice and respectful. Yes I am going again on Wednesday ?? gotta get my GB fix whenever I want it. Oh and did I mention that the chicken was hot ? and they also have Hawaiian Roll my favorite ? #DELICOUS #GOLDENBIRDFIX #SUPPORTTHEMFORLIFE!

WARNING!!!This taste nothing like Golden Bird. The chicken is half cooked and it’s literally made with just unseasoned flour. Worst than the cooked chicken at Walmart… shame… I even gave it a second chance when I got home to finish cooking it and add a little brown to it … same time taste like water flour and chicken… and the fries taste like they reheated it from 3 days back…. The only thing that taste like golden bird it the jalapeños… and the Bits is all TAIL MEAT !!!YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Me and my sister Trina went to have lunch here today. Establishment was very clean. Staff was very friendly and polite. The owner Larry came out to greet us and even offered us samples of peach cobbler to go along with our meal. I’m from Los Angeles so I grew up eating Golden Bird Chicken. I was happy with my food and my chicken and pickles was fire. We will be coming back to eat again!!! ??????????

This Chicken is something Spectacular!! I'm totally addicted to Golden Bird....I may have to go to rehab behind the golden, flavorful, deliciousness! The sides are Outstanding! I give them 20 thumbs up and the customer service is very warm and welcoming! Thank You ?

A very limited menu, service was friendly. Business is clean in appearance. No dining in, to go orders only. Chicken is fried in a wet batter (think tempura) so it has an amazing crunch factor when you bite into it. The chicken pieces we had were cooked perfectly! HUGE onion rings we ordered on the side. The biscuits weren’t as soft and flaky as I prefer. The Mac N Cheese side was totally delish! The potato salad side was ok. Oh yeah, the little sweet pickle chips served on the side… MMMM
