Our waiter Andre was amazing very kind, and for the food you should try the Hell's Burger and the 24Hr.
Unfortunately, when I'm with high expectations when arriving didn't have to wait long was very good when we ordered, however, and the food got to our table. It was inaccurate undercount and toppings that we didn't order allergies due to allergies and then. And then took 25 minutes for a free fire, and the burger still came back, not fully cooked. Overall, not satisfied at all with the experience, especially being Gordon Ramsay high expectations for the service and the food just would not recommend it unfortunately to anyone and I will not be returning there.
I ordered the Hell's Kitchen burger, medium rare, and it was hands down, the BEST burger I've ever had! Cooked perfectly and just the right amount of spice. Our servers and host were on the ball with seating, drinks, water refills, etc., and they were so friendly and genuine. I absolutely recommend this place. Best meal we had the entire time we were here!
This place is awesome! This was my second lunch here this week. Love the food and atmosphere!
This is my second time eating here and the food and service are always superb. I will say the cocktails are a bit overpriced for being fairly basic, but still delicious. Overall prices are spendy but not crazy expensive. It was about $150 for 2 people to eat with a couple drinks. Highly recommend for an occasional experience.
Very unhelpful front desk. Gave a bad attitude. Food wise - the top bun was too hard and too crisp. And yet the bottom bread too soggy. Certainly not Gordon Ramsey standard
I was surprised that there was very little setting the restaurant apart from the casino. There wasn't a lot of ambiance when looking out at the slot machines. Most of the burgers were really good. The jalapeño popper on my burger was pretty cold inside, I had seen another reviewer mention the same. I liked that exchanging for a chicken patty was free, I would have done the veggie patty if it weren't $7 more on top of a $33 (ish) burger. If youre REALLY into burgers id say go. If not, you might have a better experience elsewhere.
One of the best burgers I've had. Enjoyed it so much. And I had coffee that was really good as well. Thank you!
Visited when restaurant opened so it wasn't crowded making noise level low. Food was delicious, tried a new burger (for me) the French onion. It was off the chart good especially with the dipping sauce/au jus. Usually not a dipper but tried and pushed the burger over the top. Also upgraded to onion rings which were delicious as well. Took off 1 star because first impression was terrible. Made reservation for 10am, our party and others stood in line as staff were in a meeting. This continued for another 10 minutes after opening as customers stood by. Didn't seem welcoming or professional.
I've been previously at Chicago restaurant, and this time in Las Vegas it was nothing compared to what we've experienced before. Everything bad, the food, the service. Not going back ever. The worst hamburger a t the price not worth Real garbage

Burger was kind of bland, so disappointed. Fries were exceptionally good-but it's supposed to be a Burger restaurant - so for me it fell short.
Food was absolutely amazing. Service was top-tier. We had the tabletop experience was just extraordinary. Kudos to Gordon. He definitely knows what he is doing.
Our server was hands on very service oriented.,Burgers were tasteful, but I'm not sold on the $26 price. I did appreciate & thankful for the complimentary birthday dessert for my husband.,
Overpriced. The chicken jalapeño poppers had no bits of chicken that I could discern. Cocktail was awful. Everything was outrageously priced. $26+ tax and tip for a hotdog? Absolutely not.
The waiter was wonderful but I don't remember his name. I had the fish sandwich without the bun and the breading was cooked on the outside but still mushy on the inside. Not edible. My guest had a burger and said it was just okay as well. Fries were good as were onion rings. Way overpriced for quality of food.
