We are big followers of MasterChef Australia and its always exciting to see Gordon Ramsay coming to the show as Guest Judge to set some challenges for the contestants. With that in mind, we were quite keen to eat in one of the many Gordon Ramsay restaurants in Vegas. We were staying in Hilton Elara, which was 5 mins walk through Miracle Mile shops to Planet Hollywood, where the Gordon Ramsay Burger Restaurant was located. I ate here twice, once only for the drinks and then burgers and drinks. I ordered the Hellfire chicken burger with an extra fried eggs, it came with fries and tomato sauce. Also had a couple of pints of Blue Moon beers. The burger was very good, the meat was still juicy, the yolk, cheese and mayo poured down the side and tasted divine. I was a bit disappointed with the chips, maybe I am used to chips cooked the Aussie way which are more crispier, the ones served felt a bit limp and soggy. The affair was pricey, probably the most expensive burger in my 2 weeks of US trip, so expected everything would be out of the world. Anyway, was a good experience, maybe few more of Ramsay restaurants will really make to understand all the hype better.

Still the gold standard of Hamburgers. The burgers taste amazing. Over the years I’ve noticed the menu has shrunk. The burgers are great, fries are just average fries and the Oreo Creme Brule milk shake remains amazing. The appies are pretty good also, but the burgers are the best.

Our dine-in experience was very great. The attendant patiently and professionally introduced their menu and provided terrific service. The burgers all got their specialties and were full of layers of taste. Pricey as burgers but worth a try.

Let's be honest here. The food was good but not everything went great. First it took over 30 min for my wife to get her salad from her three course meal. Than it took another 30 min for the food to finally come out. I had the hells kitchen burger. I get i, it has some chile and kick but this was nearly not edible because it was so spicy. I'm hispanic and I eat jalapeños and spicy food all the time but this was to spicy. After we were done we waited for over 25 minutes for my wife to get her ice cream sandwich dessert. Don't get me wrong. It was good and so was the server but when you have to wait for so long it destroys everything else no matter how good it is. I mean there is no bread given out when seated. This high priced restaurant and you dont have bread for people to have when seated. I still haven't gone to the worst part. My 10 year old son had a hair on his burger. Yes a hair. I didnt say anything because we had waited so long for the food already. Sorry Gordon Ramsay but this was a big disappointment. Did I tip correctly based on the total? Yes I did because at least she was nice. At least the oreo shake was good.

My husband and I had dinner at Gordon Ramsay Burger and overall, we had a great experience. I ordered the Hell’s Kitchen burger and my husband got the Farmhouse burger. The flavors were good, but my patty was a bit dry even though I asked for it medium-well.

The service really stood out—our server was very attentive throughout the meal, and the host was warm and welcoming. We had a 6:45 p.m. reservation, which I highly recommend making to avoid waiting, as the place does get busy.

While the burger could’ve been a little juicier, the overall vibe and service made it a pleasant dinner.

Ok burger, but the side salad was odd. Chili sauce on it? Charged me an extra $1.99 in place of the dry fries. Our waiter Chris was very friendly and helpful.

Great place to experience best burgers.

Basic burger was $26, not worth price point. If basic was nothing special what would convince you to try a gourmet burger at a higher cost. The fish sandwich made my friend sick. Gordon Ramsay name is Over Rated.

What a colossal waste of time and money this experience turned out to be. Being Gordon Ramsay we were expecting a WOW factor but we got the whoa factor. The girl attending to our table was fabulous and accommodating and that is where the posivity ends. I had to send back my truffle parmesan fries twice and still I got old and stale. The girl could see I wasn't going to eat them and she said they would be removed from the bill. I was happy to try my burger but was let down before the first bite. I opened the bun and on one side were 2 slices of tomato, one slice was so thick I had to cut it again. The pickles were clumped in a pile in the middle and to the side of that was a pile of onion. None of it was spread evenly, I had to do that myself. Once I sorted it out I had a bite and immediately failed to see what was so special. I have made a far superior pattie in my own kitchen that tasted like you wanted more. This burger has NOTHING OF NOTE going for it. If Gordon Ramsay knew of the quality of the food leaving this kitchen he would have a fit. Unless the quality vastly improves don't waste your time or money as our experience was no where near worth it. So far on our USA trip our biggest waste of time was visiting Fort Point in San Francisco but that experience now sits 2nd to our Las Vegas Gordon Ramsay Burger experience. Go else where, in fact go anywhere else for a better burger

I went to Gordon Ramsays burger to taste how his food is and for a late night dinner. The first thing I had was the wings, the wings was super flavorful but nothing special from others. Secondly I had the fish and crisps sandwich, the fish and crisps was tender, crispy and it had some flavor. This sandwich was average. Lastly for the chicken burger, the chicken burger was super bland and tasteless. I think Gordon Ramsay would be disappointed and I wouldn’t come back here unless I wanted wings and everything else was closed.
Edit : now photos are going away

I came here around 5 PM as a solo diner without a reservation. The wait was surprisingly short — only about 15 minutes. I asked the host if I could sit at the open bar, and they accommodated me quickly (note: you still need to wait in line for open bar seating, but it moves fast if you’re flexible).

I ordered the Hell’s Kitchen Burger but upgraded to the Wagyu beef patty for an extra $14 — totally worth it in my opinion. The burger was juicy and flavorful, cooked perfectly. If you’re on a budget, the regular patty will still be great, but if you can splurge, go for the Wagyu!

Instead of fries, I swapped for the side salad — it came with ranch dressing, which was delicious. Although they only offer ranch, I found it fresh, creamy, and a great lighter option.

Service was fast and friendly, and food arrived within 10 minutes. Highly recommend for a tasty solo dinner or casual date. Great atmosphere and quality food — Gordon Ramsay lives up to the hype here!

Wings from the appetizer were cold! Comes with blue cheese but it was dry!
