Didn't have a reservation on a Monday afternoon so I sat at the bar. Full menu was available and got the prix fixe beef wellington meal and a fancy gin drink off their menu. Bartenders were super friendly and took care of me the entire time. Starter was a scallops in a corn sauce which was extremely flavorful, main was the beef wellington which I really wanted to love but was not quite the life-changing dish I thought it would be, and for dessert I had the sticky toffee pudding which was super light and airy but a tad overly sweet. Easily could've shared this meal with a second person and still left full. The ambience was really the star of the meal, glad I came.
The name of this resturant is aptly put, we booked month in advance to make sure we got a table whilst at a conference. Being English we thought we should try the Ramsays Experience and left extremely disappointed. The resturant was loud the open kitchen was nice to see but that’s about it. Our reservation time came and went as we waited in a queue for our table. We were sat next to a waiters booth about a foot from our neighbouring table. The food was poor compared to others in the area it was mass produced and didn’t feel
Like an authentic experience more shipped in food warmed up. I know they have hundreds of thousands of people to serve but that’s just the way it came across to me. It was an experience but not one I’d want to relive.
It’s a real shame for Mr Ramsay really as I know this is meant to be a flag ship but as we stepped outside it was suggested by others this was a similar experience to and was simply popular for its name.
Yucky and made me throw up on my mommy!
Disappointed at Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas:
As a fan of Gordon Ramsay’s high standards, I had a
every reason to believe Hell’s Kitchen would deliver a top notch dining experience. I chose it for a celebration, expecting quality and consistency. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype.
Service was polite, but the wait after ordering was long. When the meals finally arrived, the real let down came with the steaks: all were overcooked, some even well-done in parts, despite being ordered to individual preference. Not one was cooked to satisfaction.
No one said anything at the time, perhaps out of respect or it did not warrant interrupting the celebration. The atmosphere was great but if you are going to carry the name and reputation of Ramsey, culinary excellence should not be negotiable - especially when it comes to steak.
I can't give a review of the food because it didn't arrive on time... I waited 35 minutes, and the food didn't arrive at my table. If you want to go to a quality restaurant, there are many other options that don't take as long. A total disappointment…..
Ever since I started watching Hell's Kitchen on TV, I've always dreamt of visiting the place. This was a dream come true, with signature dishes like L Risotto , scallops & B wellington. The service was awesome and the venue was full of vibe... one of my greatest culinary experience ever. Thanks to Gordon Ramsey
Food and service are excellent! A must try when visiting.
A bit crowded but we enjoyed, great service
Food was delicious. I had the three course meal with the scallops as an appetizer, the beef Wellington as the main and the sticky toffee pudding as dessert. I can honestly say the pudding was the best dessert I’ve ever had. The scallops were fantastic and the beef Wellington was good.
Could not wait for dinner, but enjoyed the bar. Great atmosphere. Must see

Our waitress was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The beef wellingtons were fantastic! The lobster risotto…. My goodness was that a 10/10. All in all this was a really great dining experience. The sticky toffee pudding is an easy 10/10 as well. Very happy to come here!
The restaurant is great, but I would have loved a nice creme brulee, tiramisu, or a pavlova for dessert. Our server was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and personable. Please give Destiny a raise she deserves it. 💞🙏🏽
Mixed feelings on Hell’s Kitchen Restaurant in Vegas. Clearly a super popular restaurant with a good ambience. Nicely themed. We thought the starters were great - scallops/ bone marrow octopus were very good. The man’s of beef Wellington and the salmon were good but not outstanding. I would have preferred the extra luxury of a foie gras filling instead of mushrooms. Additionally, we thought it was expensive at $500 for 4 without wine.
The service was the best part of the meal!!! Food is not as wow as I had imagined it would be. It was very good. Don't get me wrong, but the hype is just that. The scallops and toffee pudding were extremely delicious! The wellington was underwhelming. The price for the lunch set menu was pretty fair (for this kind of place) at about $103 with generous portions!
Great ambiance and service. The sticky toffee pudding was of the best desserts I had on the Strip, but the Beef Wellington was so cold that I didn’t know whether to eat it or take it home as an ice pack.
