I ordered the salmon it was over salted. My daughter ordered the beef Wellington. It was also over salted. The third guest ordered a salad which was delicious and the French onion soup which was over salted. We also ordered a side of the broccoli it had a really funky horrible taste to it. We had two bites and didn’t eat any more of it. I did not complain at the time. I just took the top of my salmon off and ate it. It was cooked to perfection. I have eaten at many of Gordon Ramsay‘s restaurant and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. It was disappointing and very expensive for the three of us. I spent over $300 and I will definitely not be going back to that location.
We had dinner Sunday early evening before going to a show. We were a table of four and were one of only a few tables dining at the time. When our waiter came to greet us, he took our drink order and explained the food options for the evening. Two of us chose the three course option and the other two chose the crabcakes and then scallops for the main dish. The drinks were delivered. I had ordered a sapphire gin and tonic, which has been my go to drink for nearly 40 years. The drink tasted off, which caused me to inquire if they may have accidentally used the house gin. After a discussion, they offered to remake it. I declined and just had wine. The pea and asparagus soup was delivered and was lukewarm at best and had to be sent back to the kitchen. The new soup that was brought out was hot and tasted fine. The rest of our dinner went smoothly. The food Was presented well and had a good flavor. However, all four of us agreed that it was a three star meal at best . As a Vegas local, I have to admit, I expected more. Our waiter did the best he could considering the stumbles. When the check came, we noted that they had not removed the gin and tonic drink and when we pointed it out, they did remove it. Long story short we felt we paid a five star price for a 3 to 3 1/2 star meal.
Dinner reservation at 7:15pm. Waited an hour never got sat. Wasted an hour. Don’t waste your time. I’m sure if a guest showed up an hour late to their reservation they wouldn’t extend the same gratitude.
I never go to very expensive restaurants but a friend recommended I must try. I would say the food was absolutely delicious and worth the prices. Service was great and a good atmosphere. We got in on our reservation time. No long wait.
Had great service tonight, very well made cocktail. American Wagyu steaks were very good. Broccoli with a red pepper spicy aioli was unexpectedly very good. All in all a great meal
Took two business associates for dinner. Nice place, love the vibe. Service was strong and the steak was very good. We had 2 NY Strips, 1 Beef Wellington, mushrooms, mashed potatoes (their version), 2 glasses of wine, 2 beers and 2 iced teas. Other than the potatoes everything was very good. It was $600 for the three of us. Great food but Vegas prices. $$$$
Amazing food we had the special meal they offered and was very impressed
Dining at Gordon Ramsay’s steakhouse was pure luxury—every detail exuded sophistication. Bathed in rich reds, the ambiance felt both elegant and inviting. Service was impeccable and swift. The succulent Beef Wellington burst with flavor, while the decadent mac & cheese delivered creamy, indulgent comfort. A truly unforgettable dining experience.
We came here for an anniversary dinner and unfortunately did not get to taste the food. We sat at the chef’s experience table and somehow we were completely forgot about. Their solution, just feed us wine. We ultimately left after an 1hr and 45 minutes.
Food was WONDERFUL! I had a mocktail and it honestly wasn’t very good but my coworkers loved their drinks. So maybe just stay away from the mocktails lol. Our server was clearly overwhelmed but he was very friendly and did an awesome job nonetheless!

I'm surprised this only has 4.2 overall. We had friends recommend this and since we were in town for work anyways, decided why not?! Booked a chef's table seat, view was awesome. Service was impeccable. I have eaten at Michelin Star restaurants and this rivaled or exceeded those service levels. Very informative on steak selections. We ended up going with the tasting menu because you got a little of everything. It was expensive, but you only live once. The menu literally had all of my favorite things!!! While very expensive, I would absolutely return. I felt like the money was worth the experience. Beyond that, everything was delicious!! Even my friend who was a little pickier/not as into seafood, devoured everything! Wellington, and oh gosh the risotto was phenomenal, then there's always a soft spot in my heart for sticky toffee pudding. Drinks were a little pricey, even by Vegas standards. Ended up with the mocktail, that was actually really refreshing and delicious. All in all, I went to bed full and happy.
First time at a place so fancy. Food was amazing, very expensive. Chairs not too comfortable.
It was good but not great. Food was good but for the price we paid, we expected more. Steaks were good but broccoli was spicy and not very pleasant. After we asked for the check. I had to please ask the waiter to take the empty plates so we could sign the check and have some room on the table. Not impressed and will probably not come back again.
Amazing steakhouse with fantastic ambiance, excellent service (our waiter was one of the best I’ve ever had), and just exceptional steaks.
Highly recommend!!
Sat at the chefs table, my family and I had a great time
