I'm not trying to be a food critic or a food snob. The steak quality was just not what you would expect for the name - even if the prices made sense, which they didn't. Wagyu, no way. Maybe select or choice in terms of texture and tenderness. The beef wellington was an appetizer-sized portion. It was also tough, which is why I sent it back and ended up with the filet. It doesn't help that the place is by a smoking casino and so you're constantly having to wade through pot and cigarette smoke to get around. Not very appetizing. Gordon should cut ties with this one and stick with his standalone restaurant.

Amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere from start to finish. The kitchen-side table was a fantastic experience and really added something special to the night. Everything we tried was delicious, and the service matched the quality of the food. And whatever you do—don't skip dessert. It was the perfect ending to a great meal! 🍰✨

We reserved the chef's table experience for husband's birthday dinner. While our view of the kitchen was obstructed (counter height = unavoidable), the attention and service was outstanding. The food & service was 10/10. Of course it was expensive, but if you know that going in, its less of a shock.

Everything was just excellent. Exceeded my expectations and the Beef Wellington melts in your mouth! First time. Definitely not my last. Had a Groupon so that was even nicer! Definitely recommend and booking through Open Table was a breeze.

Food is always excellent, there was a problem with the kitchen, so we had quite a delay on dinner. Disappointing to say and we went given an explanation as to why the delay

Best beef Wellington I have ever had in the history of ever. Our server was awesome! Worth every penny! Will be back at some point with a doubt

The food was below average for us- beef wellington was very salty and mushy, didn't have much flavor, and we found a piece of plastic (probably from deli wrapping) in it. NY steak was better; I didn't appreciate the char flavor but my sister did. The onion soup was the worst for us- tasted like pure salt with no other flavoring or seasoning. Potato puree was delicious and very buttery. Due to finding plastic in our food, the manager did give us free dessert and was very kind. The service was great. For desserts, the brown sugar sticky toffee pudding was amazing. The apple cheesecake and banana foster were alright, but not great. And the pistachio cake with chocolate mousse was SO rich I could only take one bite.

We went to try the Beef Wellington, which was good but not as outstanding as Gordon's London restaurant. The service was disappointing - the waiters did not seem to have any time. The chap that delivered the main courses literally plonked the plates in front of us and left without muttering a single word. We expected a little better given the price and reputation.

We purchased a Groupon for there pre fix menu which included tip. My wife didn't lime the wine so she ordered a chardonnay and we also ordered a basket of bread. When I got the check it was for 72.00 of which included a 42 tip. The wine and bread was 45 so I was going to leave 20% or roughly 10. The manager came over and I wasn't sure what he said but paid the 72.00. The food was good service ok but not thrilled with the whole experience.

Astonishingly Rude Service at Gordon Ramsay Steak (Paris Las Vegas)

Our dining experience at Gordon Ramsay on 12/06/25 fell far below expectations. After being seated, we waited more than 10 minutes without so much as a greeting. No water, no menus, no acknowledgement—nothing. When someone finally approached, the interaction was curt, pretentious, and immediately set the tone for the rest of the evening.

The most unacceptable part, however, was the behavior of the server’s assistant. He was shockingly rude to our entire party of six.

He spilled water on one of our guests, and instead of apologizing, he merely said “pardon my reach.” He then wiped the excess water off the table and onto her leg—again, with no apology or concern.

It didn’t end there. He proceeded to “educate” our table on the proper etiquette for water glass placement. This was not done in a friendly or professional manner, but rather with a condescending, superior tone as if he were correcting people he viewed as beneath him.

To make matters worse, three members of our party are left-handed, and he moved their water glasses without asking—then actually scolded one guest for drinking from the “wrong” glass. Instead of accommodating guests, he seemed intent on policing them.

Because of the server assistant’s behavior—and the overall dismissive attitude from the staff—we made the decision to leave without ordering. For a restaurant carrying Gordon Ramsay’s name, this level of unprofessionalism is astonishing. With so many outstanding dining options in Las Vegas, we will not be returning.

The food is incredible, full of flavor, and exactly what you expect from a 5-star, high-end restaurant. The quality matches the prices perfectly.

Very average. I guarantee the bread was microwaved. The salad had chocolate in it?? The steak was decent but overall the quality didn’t match the price.
