Bad service and customer care. Waitress smelt strongly of body odour so much so we were unable to eat our breakfast as each time she came to our table or walked along the aisle it was so overpowering. The duty Manager, Miguel, was less than helpful. I have tried to contact The Grand Lux via email and contact form but no response. I then tried the parent company, The Cheesecake Factory, and despite numerous emails and a phone call again no response.

I live in England me and my husband have sent emails to see if we can book a table ….and not once have they responded to any email …so really I’m not saying don’t go the food looks good …but if you try sending any emails don’t hold your breath …we only wanted to know as our daughter is getting married and we were hoping to book a table for 12 people on the 15th September
