This place is owned by the Cheesecake Factory which makes sense once you walk in. One of the plates came out incorrect but they were quick to fix it. The food came out pretty quick as well and was slightly above what I would call average but not the best you can find in Vegas.

We went here during the lunch special. I had the Miso Salmon and my wife had the soup/salad/sandwich combo. The salmon was amazing, but the sandwich my wife had was maybe 3/5 stars. Also, word of note: There are 2 different seating areas, if you don't like smelling cigarette smoke make sure to sit in the non-casino side. We didn't realize until too late.

The food was fabulous! I had the Penne with vodka sauce. It had a spicy kick to it which I loved. The caramel chicken was out of this world good as well. I highly recommend both dishes. We actually ate there two nights in a row. We didn't need reservations. Although the casino was nearby, it was a pleasant atmosphere and we had an enjoyable dinner with friends. If you get there before 5, you can still order from the lunch menu and get the same options as the dinner menu but with no smaller portions.

Grand Lux at the Palazzo has some solid food, but the overall experience lately feels a bit disorganized.
A couple operational things were frustrating. They no longer deliver to the poker room, so you have to go downstairs to pick up your food, which isn’t ideal when you’re in the middle of a session. On top of that, they no longer accept players cards directly for rewards dollars. You now have to go print a paper voucher first, which wasn’t clearly communicated and just adds extra steps and confusion.
By the time I got my food back upstairs, my chicken and waffles had cooled off. The waffles were cold, which definitely took away from the experience. That said, the chicken itself was actually really good and flavorful, and even the waffles tasted good quality, just not enjoyable temperature wise.
Overall, the food is still pretty solid, but the process and organization could use some improvement. With better communication and smoother logistics, this place would be a much better experience, especially for guests staying or playing in the casino.

We usually visit the location at the Venetian, not the one at the Palazzo. However, since we were closer to the Palazzo side, we decided to check out the latter. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a mistake. The hosts were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Within a minute of speaking with them, we made the decision to take the extra time to walk over to the location on the Venetian side.
Save your energy and head straight to the Venetian side to start, as the hosts there create a negative atmosphere.
