I was able to drink delicious sake!

It feels like an upscale cheesecake factory. The food was good very large portions. The dinner pastas are huge.

I recommend the wonton chips with avocado. The pomodora pasta is really flavorful.

Was here for an event. Getting in and seated was a real challenge. Nobody at the host stand or clear guidance. Otherwise it was a nice cafe to conduct meetings and have a coffee.

I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade (It's natural and delicious!), Thai Fried Chicken and Wood Grilled BBQ Burger, and it was amazing. The service and the place are impeccable. I love this place.

Very good breakfast and service, for sure one of the better places in Vegas
for a European it was only strange to get ketchup served with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns ;-)

I would just go the to Venetian Grand Lux in the future. Hear me out, the food I would say seems to be almost as good, but the service we got, was definitely not the best.

We always get the same few dishes, and ask some basic questions due to our kids allergies. We asked if the pasta had Egg in it, and the waitress said she would check and get back to us, but didn’t. When we asked again, she just blurted out pasta of course doesn’t have egg in it, and that already was a red flag. Allergies to food, luckily for us isn’t as dire as some other people, but some other people’s allergies can be life threatening. I would advise that this person takes this seriously, but overall her job seriously as we never really saw her until we needed to get the bill. No one came to ask us how we were, or come to refill my water.

Service aside, for some reason the Shrimp Scampi, which we have been ordering for the past 10 years, was spicy. The add on chicken for our Salad, was completely dry. The bread we had was warm to cold when we ate it..

I really never had any of these experience at the Grand Lux at Venetian, and will make sure to go there in the future. I hope the food difference or service isn’t shared across the other restaurants, but for sure this was the first and last time I will come to this location.

This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The manager was completely rude and their happy hour policy is a joke. Food was just okay but the manager was awful enough to us to never want to go back.

AVOID AT ABSOLUTELY ALL COST

Went here specifically for their happy hour deals on food and drink. This place is a restaurant with a bar area. We were seated at a booth that shares a wall and window with the bar and are all 21+.

After specifically ordering things off the happy hour menu (which does not specify you have to order in the bar) we were told happy hour discounts only apply there.

Our waitress asked if we would like to speak to a manager and I assumed they’d understand and help us out. The manager proceeded to yell at us and make a scene implying that we were stupid for not reading the extremely small fine print under their already small sign in the front of the restaurant.

This place is predatory and a scam. Absolutely do not give this place any business.

A little gem tucked in the Venetian. Service was outstanding, the food was really good and the portion sizes were big. A pretty extensive menu with everything from sandwiches, pizza, salads. A quick Google search we learned that it's owned by the same people who own The Cheesecake Factory. We expected it to be more expensive than it was, considering it's on the strip. While I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to come back, (I try to avoid the strip) it's a nice alternative for when I have family in town

A very nice restaurant at the Venetian. The restaurant looks small from the outside but when you go in you realize how big it is. The place is spacious and very inviting. We went there for breakfast and I have to say, the items were amazing. There were some items that were unique bad the French toast was huge. This is a place I would recommend to go is you want a good and fulfilling breakfast. I would high recommend

I had lunch at Grand Lux Cafe and ordered the chicken and waffles, which were absolutely delicious perfectly crispy and flavorful. The pasta was creamy and yummy, making for a satisfying meal. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was attentive.
