Service for a large party was pretty lacking… we should not have to ask for more water when the thermostat must have been set to 78. Food is hit or miss, better on my first visit. Yes it’s pricy but portions are large so it’s not a total ripoff. In conclusion, I would scope out the competition in Downtown Summerlin and read honest reviews like above.

Parents beware: I came here with my baby and stroller, and the hostess didn’t make any effort to accommodate us. Sadly, this place is not baby- or family-friendly. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re bringing little ones.

Tad pricey for a lunch outing but a great meal nonetheless. The chicken parm sandwich was crispy, cheesy, and super satisfying - paired perfectly with the garlic fries. The seafood pasta was loaded with fresh clams, shrimp, and calamari in a rich red sauce, and the ravioli was creamy and full of flavor without being too heavy.

The wine selection was solid, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Service was friendly. Overall, a delicious stop that we’d definitely come back to!

I had the Filet Oscar and the cut of beef was good (not fantastic but definitely above average) but lacked seasoning and enough sauce (bernaise and some reduction). The potatoes that came with the dish were awful - BLAND BLAND BLAND with a side of tasting a little like soil - I think the potatoes used were turning or had a couple bad ones in the batch. My friend got the strip and it looked gray - he suggested the same about it’s flavor and definitely the same for the potatoes - Our server was exceptional!

We go to this location on birthdays and special holidays. Most recent was Mother's Day and it just gets better and better. The service is outstanding, the patio is beautiful and roomy, and the food is consistently delicious.

The staff has high emotional IQs. The shrimp and chicken were cooked to perfection. Beat salad was excellent. Surprisingly good for a chain.

Champagne is good. We ate Ahi-Tuna Salad which was absolutely delicious. Our waitress not just was pretty but friendly and very professional . Can’t wait to be back 👌🏻

A buddy turned us on to Grape Street. 5 stars all day. Amazing food, FRESH!! The service is awesome, wine selection is off the charts. Get a reservation! Great vibe, check it out!!

Friday night, a little noisy from happy hour patrons. However, they sat us in the back dining area so much better. A little too hot to eat on the patio.
Chicken Picatta and Chicken Carbonara were both excellent. We appreciated that the bill offered two options; cash or charge (slightly higher amount). It is a go-to restaurant for us. Always good food service.
