Grays Banana Pudding

I really want to like this place. I saw in their website that it's best to order ahead because they run out of flavors but when I got there for my scheduled pickup there was a sign that said, "Be back in 15 minutes" I was on my way to work but I had already paid for my order so after 15 minutes I had to leave. My husband later picked up my order but it was all wrong, even after he went back and corrected the order the employee (who was leaving at 5pm) still gave him the wrong flavors and sizes. My coworker and I really liked the cheesecake, I ordered banana but we didn't get that instead we got strawberry, I think. For the experience this is too expensive. In this economy you can't just keep giving business second chances, its a shame. Turns out the sign on the door was there for no reason, if the owner notices a drop in business it's because there's a sign out front that says they're on break and their open sign is turned off.

This is some of the best pudding I've ever had. And I grew up in the south where everyone's grandma makes the best banana pudding you've ever had. Will definitely order again next time I'm in Vegas ❤️

It's the best pudding you have ever had. Period. It's also the most expensive pudding you've ever had. Banana is the star. Butterscotch, strawberry, and pistachio are also excellent.

We went here after hearing about this online and reading the rave reviews. Took my best friend because she loves banana pudding and when we got to the store it was empty and probably 90° inside. It was very hot and we had to wait for the employee to come from the back. I asked my friend how the banana pudding was and she was extremely disappointed based on how good the reviews were. Not sure what has changed between when these reviews were posted and when we came in but we would not recommend and would not come back.

Ordered off of Grubhub and someone ran off with the food, called the store and the lady there (didn’t catch her name) made sure to call and check with us to make sure we got our pudding. She went above and beyond to help us, AMAZING customer service!! Besides that the pudding we got (strawberry and cookies and cream) absolutely the best pudding I’ve had!! Definitely getting more asap! Thank you!!

The place was closed during business hours, he did not answer our call, after us waiting in front of the door under cold weather, he came and did not even apologize. There was a BIG sign on their door, said “free samples” but he said he is out and does not have any samples even though he was prepping oreo pudding inside. We asked how the puddings were, he just said “they are good”, instead of explaining how they really are.We still wanted to give a chance & got strawberry and oreo pudding, they tasted super fake & beyond sweet, and there was no strawberries in it?!, both puddings were different, one was very watery another one was very thick. We will never come back ????

This place has not only the literal BEST banana pudding on the planet but also the most welcoming spot, kindest workers, super affordable puddings and wonderful customer service. I love this place and will forever come back! I could not believe how incredible their banana pudding was. I have tried to find good banana pudding in Vegas and never found anything like this. It’s SO flavorful, perfect consistency, beautifully topped, it’s just perfect. I love this place and hope that others will give them a try and show grays the love and support they deserve.

If you want the BEST Banana pudding, banana pudding pie, cookie and cream pudding, strawberry pudding and the list goes on in flavor. Check out Grays banana pudding FIRST!! I normally don't eat banana pudding but when I came across grays pudding I fell in loveIt's addicting like crack and i don't even know what crack do to people lol. All I know is I go back every other day/ week. I can't get enough of this pudding. I have my wife and two year old wanting it every week. I recommend anyone that lives in vegas or visiting to give their pudding a try. The texture of the pudding is whipped like nothing like that instant pudding in the box stuff. You can definitely taste the quality and love put into the pudding.

Our first time trying and we tried a variety of flavors. We tried Banana, Lemon, Pistachio, Chocolate and Butterscotch. While we enjoyed all of the flavors we tried The Lemon was the family favorite was second. The Lemon had just the right amount of tartness with the cookies adding the sweet for a perfect Lemon treat. If you like Lemon I would definitely recommend it. The customer service was great too. The young man at the counter was polite and helpful.
