Walked in and staff and staff was just standing there. I explained that we would be a few minutes as it was our first time. There was four of us and only one person liked there food. My mom got the BLT and stated it was good. My daughters got ham and cheese kid's meal which was very dried out. I got chicken pecan and it looked like tuna fish with pecans. It was horrible tasting. The lady at the front never greeted us and seemed so unfriendly like she did not want to be there. We will not be coming back and if you order I would suggest the BLT. We just came today 12/27/2021 we just left about 2:45ish.

My first time eating here and it will be my last. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they forgot to put the egg on it. Soda was flat, coffee was not fresh and the sandwiches were just ok. The bread is good but you can get better fresh baked bread at lots of other places.

Sadly, this will be my last time coming to this location. Don't waste your time stopping here until things change. The two young ladies working today have no customer service skills. I felt so uncomfortable due to their behavior. The cashier was touching things without gloves in the food area. Not a good feeling. They don't try to up sale or offer anything, and to say they are dry would be an understatement. I use to enjoy my visits after my massage, but oh well. I wasn't going to write a review, but this one bothered me, so I had to hoping it will get the manager's attention. Visited on December 31, 2021 at 1:11pm.

Honestly I love Great Harvest Bread Company, I've been going since I was a child up in Anchorage Alaska. I have visited this location at least 20 times it's been my go to for lunch when I am working on the North side of town. Unfortunately this location has gone straight down hill when it comes to service and the cafe menu. Sure the bread is still great when you purchase loaves. I ordered a Turkey Pesto sandwich, with no tomato, add bacon to stay. I was almost tossed a packaged up sandwich to-go, which is fine, but upon opening it the sandwich was smashed, the bread was ripped up. I am a fan of bacon but there were like 7 pieces of bacon just shoved in. I feel like the employees really just could not care less they wanted us out and we were inconveniencing them. Just super disrespectful and a waste of money, sadly will have to find a new lunch spot on this side of town.

I have never found another spot like this in Vegas. Their freshly baked bread tastes amazing and they offer samples. Their breakfast is also really good!

It took 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, with only one person in front of us. The staff was unfriendly. The chairs outside were locked up and could not sit outside. On a good note the sandwich was good.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich and it was bland and dry. Literally pieces of chicken with nuts and cranberries. No Mayo, lettuce, nothing. I did enjoy the cookie though!
Great quality products but the customer service experience is meh.

I love the homely feel of this place. I enjoy the amount of different pastries that they have! Can't wait to go back and I recommend the sandwiches!

My bf and I are addicted to their breakfast sandwiches (he gets bacon and I get ham). The price is great for the quality of their food. (So good!!) End up ordering breakfast here every other week now. We've tried pull aparts, cookies, butter toasts, and their other sandwiches and love them all.
