Great Steak

Located in Las Vegas airport, by terminal A18- A23

At 6:30 pm (half an hour before closing) attendant decided to close it half way.
No sign saying closed. Also seeing others being served decided to go in to order.

She pointed at the half shut door, she wouldn't even saying it's closed. 15 minutes later a lady with the airport uniform asked "are you guys cloed?"

But guess what they served her food!

Who said that Airport food can’t be fantastic??? Great Steak is phenomenal! The temperature the flavor, the aftertaste is second to none!! Not a lot of places to sit so make sure you have time enough to catch your flight or some way to improvise. ? All ‘N All it’s worth every penny! 5⭐️

First off I went to order a Chicken Philly and they Said they’re out of onions I have a Philly with no onions. Then I said all right well, can you get me green peppers on it instead of onions since you’re out she said OK then then when I got my order and went down to sit down, the green peppers were not on there and I paid for them then I ordered a drink. They didn’t have any ice so they had to tell the customers the are out of ice Then I had to argue with the lady telling her I ordered fries, and she said I didn’t just terrible service

I ordered a philly sandwich that didn't have onions or green peppers. So I got a sandwich with cheese spread and some shaved meat. Fries good. No coke in the machine. Go somewhere else.

First of all they didn't open on time. The location is gates 17 thru 23. at the Las Vegas Airport.Your workers are very rude when asking when they were opening. 8:30 am and still waiting.

This is actually for the location at gate A. They're fricken horrible. Out of ingredients for the king fries so I got cheese fries. They literally just threw the fries in the bag under the sandwich with containers of cheese sauce tossed inside. I don't want to $5 fries squished in the bottom of a nasty bag. They asked me if I wanted the cheese on the side and I said yes. What would they have done if I had said no??? Dump the cheese in the bottom of the bag??? My husband had to stop me from going back and asking for my money back. I hate this airport.

An okay cheese steak. Cheese sauce is an option which I appreciate. The sandwich was small and the price was big but that's pretty much par for the course at an airport. Make sure to inquire about peppers and mushrooms because the teller isn't likely to ask and I think it would've made my sandwich better.

I ordered a sandwich with mushrooms and no peppers. I got peppers and no mushrooms. I noticed it on my receipt before they made it and told them but it was still wrong. I took it back and they made me wait for about 5 people before they fixed it and the lady was very rude that finally made it. All for a sandwich was nothing to write home about.

Guy who worked there told me I had to wait until 11 to order anything I wanted.
It was 11 when he kept saying this.

I can see that they are understaffed here with a person having to run back and forth between cooking and order taking. The staff was nice but the food was not very tasty at all.

Terrible service and very rude. kitchen looks dirty, super slow. Order the Philly sandwich tastes so so. Never order again

The staff is incredibly rude for no reason. I tried to order but they were only serving breakfast and had none of the breakfast items available. When I asked what I could get she just said "NEEEXT"

Negative customer service. I do not recommend this place.
