Fantastic Hotel , rooms very spacious and comfortable and clean . Very central to the strip.
In April, my phone and wallet attached to it were stolen from me. I forgot it on a machine. My fault. When I informed security they said to check with lost and found. I did. No luck when I went to my room it turns out that the thief who stole it was already across the street with it using my credit card. I went back to the casino staff at NYNY and they said to call LVMetroPD’s non emergency number. I reported it to them. I am shocked that NYNY’s security has not turned...read full review
No hot water and when brought to the attention the person checked out respond was WELL AT LEAST YOU ARE AWAKE NOW! Not happy with then stay!
