After several pleasant experiences since their grand reopening I found myself still in awe of the casinos upgraded features. Scavenging through the casino like a tourist on their first visit to Las Vegas. The Memorial Day opening was a low profile mention as a private event. A tasting room gathering for various chefs to display their unique menu items. All the more reason I was thrilled to get the "green light" invitation for a preview. Momentarily feeling like a privileged fan who just received backstage pass. The entrance leads into a darkened 80s arcade. The pac man floor murals present a true foreshadowing to the restaurants maze like design. A display of pop culture artwork as diverse as the exquisite presentation menu. Including a sculptured set of Mickey Mouse gloves. A caged BoBs BiG Boy hangs from the ceiling. Perhaps a symbolic crucifixion for the forbidden indulgence of meat. A center dining area eludes to the aura of a prayer room. A collaboration of decorated ancient dynasty images coincided with drawings of real life spirituality. The attending guests were seated at the rear dining area with the adjoining window panoramic view of the poolside. The servers stood at attention as if refined from the royal culinary. I limited my experience to one sample of aged liquor. Afterwards expressing compliments of gratitude to the staff. Just before my exit the hospitable manager offered me an invitation for the following weeks event. Rustic American Italian Filipino inspired dining. American Polynesian Chinese Cuisine. Were among the newly learned phrases of dining diversity. The pass weekend event hosted by Jolene Mannina. A slender figured red head woman that fits the picture image of modern professional. Just as well as she fits perfectly into her evening wear. A combination fitting for the self proclaimed Test Kitchen owner The three man band onstage led by Hal Savar , a cross between Living Color and the Ritchie Valens band. The trios of misfit musicianship tuned a remarkable replication of top rock songs. Inspiring the nightly theme of how the greatest oddities can come together with the right setting.

Greene St. Kitchen is amazing! From the very beginning, the atmosphere and service was top notch and the meal was delicious! Enjoyed the tapas style dishes, and the cocktails were very well crafted. Definitely recommend for anyone interested in a wonderful dining experience.

Such a cool, unique space with great cocktails and great food! We had the Cinco de Mayo tasting menu and everything was delicious! I don't eat meat and staff was very accommodating, making delicious vegetarian dishes for me. Definitely will be back!

Incredible space, excellent service, and delicious Mexican cuisine! We stopped in for the Mexican tasting menu. The food had very unique presentation - it seemed like each dish had its own signature twist off of the classic style. Best ceviche I have ever eaten.

Great photo place and food was good as well. Will definitely come back! Wouldn't say the beijinh duck was really authentic but not bad. Tuna pizza was a bomb!!

Beautiful restaurant! Sophisticated but with an eclectic vibe. We split a few appetizers - lettuce cups were AMAZING and the spicy shrimp was flavorful. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Will definitely be visiting again!

Located inside Palms. I really enjoyed the food, drinks, ambiance, and customer service. We got beef lettuce wraps, jidori chicken kabobs, fat cap cocktail and angels in heaven. Everything was perfect. They have a great happy hour too! Check them out!

I cannot rave enough about this restaurant. My husband and I ended up eating here around 9 pm because we had dinner before but it wasn't great so we basically needed to eat again (lol). Its located in the palms next to Shark. At first it looks like it is a gameroom, but thought the coca-cola themed door you emerge yourself into a wonderful space filled with NY inspired street art, warm smiles, and some of the best food currently in Vegas. We were greeted by this wonderful young lady, Bri, who knew everything about the menu. That is very important in the restaurant space, especially if you have allergies or just want to know every little detail about your meal. I ordered a glass of wine (surprisingly priced well) and my husband ordered the Block Buster (Casamigos Blanco Tequila, Aperol, Fresh Grapefruit Juice). Every time he ordered a drink we ask for little ice because often times we find that bartenders over ice and over shake the drink. This cocktail was PERFECT. Very little ice, mixed so well that it wasn't watery. It truly was just perfect. We ordered the Octopus and the Kale Cesar Salad. Nina was the young lady who brought out our food. She is extremely knowledgeable about the food. We chit chatted to find out she has a lot of knowledge in the restaurant space, and she loves working with the chefs. She truly knows every little thing about this place and I would love to see her as a server here one day. The Octopus was the BEST I've ever had in my life. My husband is Greek, so finding an Octopus dish that impresses a Greek is a little tricky. This dish you could cut with your fork- yes, a fork. It was delicious. The dish consisted of romesco + confit potatoes + olive tapenade. We ordered the Tzatziki on the side (being greek we love that s*** - we use it on everything!) which was also perfect because it was made with Dill, my favorite... id also suggest ordering a little side of this sauce for an extra experience. If you're a fan of Octopus, please order this dish, you don't want to miss out on how great it is. The Kale Cesar was also very good. For the last year I feel like we have been trying to find an excellent Cesar Salad (and a perfectly cooked Octopus). We have found both at this location. Its a beautiful dish of romaine + creamy caesar dressing + croutons + parmesan. Desert was something OUT OF THIS WORLD. We got the Yuzu Bombe, with yuzu sabayon + white chocolate mousse + matcha glaze + jasmine gelato. I don't even like matcha, but let me tell you, you this is mind blowing. The flavors were perfect, and so was the presentation. They truly out do themselves here. If you want a foodgasm, enjoy Greene St!! As a couple who is in the restaurant space themselves, we hold higher expectations when dining out. This experience has by far exceeded ours, and we really did have the best dining experience of our entire trip here.

From the minute you walk through the arcade, you know you are about to find a unique experience. Great artwork, excellent service (thanks Kyle!) and a fun environment. After we ordered drinks, Kyle suggested we check out the rest of the restaurant. They have phenomenal murals and pop art... and a Banksy! The menu had interesting options for all levels of foodie. Lots of sushi choices too!! Kyle suggested a few items - we both thoroughly enjoyed both entrees (salmon and bass). The mashed potatoes were amazing. Sound system was great - you could still have a conversation at the table. We can't wait to return!!

Such a fun night out in Vegas! The decor is completely unexpected and cool and the food was delicious, plentiful and great value. We both remarked we were happy we opted for a unique experience I instead of another Vegas steakhouse. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the protein style sushi (no rice) and the drink that had the word Angel in it with Vodka & pineapple juice. Yum.
