We stopped in for a Buffalo (Bison) Burger. The meat was great but they are a bit stingy on the fries. I will for sure come back to try more items on their menu.

Smoothie menu is limited. You cannot build your own. You can choose a smoothie from the menu, remove items and then add items of your choice at an additional cost. My $15 smoothie arrived with the essence of LaCroix water. Watered down protein with a hint of berry. Foot note, it was made with almond milk and not water. The smoothie was not thick and left an awful after taste of protein.

After 10 sips it was relocated to the trash.

I always get their pizza and I asked for extra cheese. It’s the pizza that has artichoke carts on it with red bell pepper, onion, olives, and I don’t know what else. It’s like a vegetable pizza and it is beyond good. If you’re not into vegetables, you may not appreciate it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Greens and Proteins. I placed an order for takeout and, while picking it up, I saw the employee handling my food wearing gloves, then touching his glasses with those same gloves — a major food safety concern.

I immediately called the restaurant after seeing this and returned my food the same day. Michelle assured me she would call me back within 24 hours. It has now been three days and I have received no call, no update, and no refund for my order.

This is unacceptable. The lack of follow-through, disregard for proper food handling, and absence of basic customer service are deeply concerning. I returned the food the day I purchased it and still have not been refunded. Since I have not heard back, I will be taking the next steps to resolve this issue.

They closed 10 minutes early, 7:50pm when the website says 8:00pm. They should post on the website that they close at 7:50pm so customers don’t waste their time and gas driving over.

Liked it for the very healthy food choices- however it is a bit pricey ; there is another one downtown Vegas near the courts; there is a wait to prepare your food; it's not very fast. I have been coming to this one on Eastern since over a decade ago

Food decent. 3 stars but the business part is going down. Idk if this place is going out of business but they charges $1.64 for 2 micro side watered down ranches. After spending $25 on lunch for one person, you can’t include the condiment??

I kicked things off with jicama fries—spicy, crispy, and totally addictive. Then came the hummus pizza, stacked with cucumbers, tomatoes, and olives. Healthy pizza. What a concept! I can dig it. The Greek turkey bowl is a flavor bomb of seasoned turkey, fresh veggies, and feta. And don’t sleep on the sesame tofu bites—golden, crunchy, and gone in 60 seconds. I chased it all with a green smoothie and I love that they provide free cucumber lemon water on tap. Greens & Proteins hits that sweet spot where healthy meets hella tasty—definitely worth the bite!

Owner says they do not use seed oils, which is a good choice for health. He says they use beef tallow to fry and olive oil to sautee. they make their dressings and sauces in-house.

The acai bowl was terrible, it had chunky piece in it it wad not as smooth as it is supposed to be , like if it was made hours ago , i was very disappointed .

The best! Great environment staff is awesome. Chloe and cam… bruh, everyday so friendly.
