It was my first time at this place, I order a green juice and açaí bowl it was delicious. The menu was limited but they have a great customer service. The place looks clean . If you need something healthy in Vegas this is the place .

I stopped here to get a breakfast bowl. It was my first time trying this restaurant. The cashier was friendly and let me take my time in selecting my bowl ingredients.I don't eat rice or potatoes, so I ordered eggs, cheese, chicken, mushrooms, and yellow zucchini with no potatoes or rice. Normally, that is also part of the order.It was prepared within 5 - 7 minutes, and I ordered it to go.The food was very warm, which I appreciated, but there wasn't any seasoning on the entree at all. Therefore, it was very bland in flavor. I didn't look for any salt or pepper packets before I left, which would have helped tremendously. The chicken tasted dry, and again, there was no seasoning. The veggies were sauted, but there were not very many in my order.The only thing the cashier placed in the bag were packets of ketchup, which had high fructose corn syrup in them. For being advertised as a healthy food restaurant, serving this type of condiment doesn't appeal to me. I wished they would have had the healthier ketchup packets without high fructose corn syrup.This was disappointing at best, and I probably won't return to try anything else.Parking: 3-4 pkg spaces assigned to this restaurant rught in front of their entrance. Otherwise you'll need to park a short distance away and walk to their entrance.

Four years ago I lived near the greens and proteins near the 215 and DecaturI ordered from them all of the time because the food was so healthy and delicious. I remember getting a huge beautiful round bowl of all kinds of spring greens and other delightful vegetables and I remember paying about 10. to 12. And it was so worth it because one of the best salads I ever had. Everything on their menu was very healthy with beautiful, complicated flavors. Then I moved out of Vegas for 4 years and just came back this week to visit and went straight there. I noticed right away that the menu didn’t look the same. I ordered the chef salad which was much cheaper than what I had paid before. Very boring and like something I could buy at Walmart. It was Romaine lettuce with a few cut up cucumbers, some not so great ham, little tomatoes, etc. I want to know what happened to them! Everything I ordered on their menu BEFORE was spectacular. Now it’s like any other salad you can order at a cheap restaurant. My husband ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and he said it was good but not anything above the rest. In fact, he couldn’t figure out why I was so excited to go to this place since it was so mediocre.

Love their smoothies, they’re not to sweet and sugary tasting like at some other places . They are so filling and delicious and full of protein.Very casual, friendly and welcoming staff! If you're looking for healthy eats, Greens and Proteins is for you. They have a variety of food to choose from and they are able to accommodate those who have specific diet needs(vegan, vegetarian, etc). Everything is prepared fresh and the quality of food is superb!!!The restaurant is very clean and inviting. I highly recommend this place! Definitely will be going back!
Bulgogi over brown rice about $15. It's more like a fusion style rather than authentic Korean. A little too salty.

It was an experience. Probably need to try it a few times to figure out how to order. I ordered with a few people - mostly everyone enjoyed the items. I had the ahi tuna salad and a smoothie. Everything on the salad was too big to eat or manage in a plastic box. The mushrooms had spice in them that contained large fibers that IMO weren't edible. The dressing for the salad was also did not compliment the ingredients. It was good I. Theory but doesn't quite make it. The smoothie was excellent and I'd go again just for the smoothie. I heard the chicken tacos were delicious and so are the pancakes. This place has a lot of great items to offer. Just spend time reading the menu and I'm sure it will be a pleasant experience. Service was excellent as well!
