Breakfast dinner with awesome lunch/dinner options. I got the club sandwhich and was not disappointed. Full of crispy bacon. Fries were perfectly cooked. The skillet plates are to die for. Great atmosphere and good food.

The service was really bad. No one there to check anyone in. After being sat, waited 15min to have anyone come over to get drinks or waters. Nothing for awhile while they all chat in the kitchen area. We put in our order at the same time. Two kids pancakes, two adult entrees. 20min the two entrees come. Waited another 10min for them to tell us they messed up the pancake order and it will be right out. 10 more min and one pancake comes out. I ask about the other pancake and they are confused. I watch them go back and pull the ticket and sure enough I ordered two pancakes... Another 5min and finally my babies have food and I can eat, because I'm not eating till my kids have food. Had to ask three different people for jelly for my toast. And gave up asking for coffee refills. The seats and table were sticky with syrup still. $3.50 for a side of two slices of avocado ... All in all, this will be first and last time ever eating here. Not worth the prices or experience. Got there at 11am and didn't leave till 1pm.

Went there for brunch today. 20 min wait for seating, which is normal. The issue: asked for booth seating, waited 10 more minutes, no problem. We got coffee and water pretty quick. However we order our food then watched as 3 separate parties who were seated long after us have there orders taken and served before we did. After about 20 mins my husband's order arrived Luke warn but my order was not. We flagged down a server to ask what happened to my food. After 10 minutes with no response, we left my husband's food untouched and walked out. Very disappointed in the lack of service.

Overall great simple place to get some breakfast

We went for breakfast, hoping for a great experience, but unfortunately, the food fell flat. I ordered the Country Combo and my husband had the skillet. Both dishes looked appetizing when they arrived, but once we took our first bites, the disappointment set in. Everything tasted bland—no salt, no pepper, no seasoning at all. It was completely lacking in flavor.

This was actually our third time giving this place a chance, hoping things would improve, but sadly, it hasn’t. We’ve officially decided not to return. It truly saddens me because I love supporting family-owned businesses, but flavor matters. If they want people to keep coming back, they’ve got to make a trip to flavor town.

Awkward interactions before I even sat down to try the place. Was looking for some peace & quiet for breakfast, will keep looking.

I wanted to like this local place but I couldn’t. Had an issue with my order and it seemed like the employee thought it was ok to just push the food off into the garbage and wipe the spot with a paper towel instead of asking me what the issue was. While I did not specify with the server who took the order that it was an allergy, I also made sure to order the option without any of my particular trigger

Huge portions, a pancake is the size of your plate. Ask for extra butter and syrup ahead of time.

I've been coming to this place for years when other restaurants I like have a long wait. Years ago the service was decent but now it's just become so bad. My wife walked in to get a table and was greeted by a guy yelling across the restaurant asking if we were dinning in. Then the smug Hispanic waitress sarcastically said why is she just standing there to another waiter.

Like why is any of the necessary? If you don't like treating customers politely, customer service isn't the job for you. Our waitress a blonde lady seemed bothered she had to take our order. Then never again came back to the table to check on us, the food, refill water etc.

The food was not great. My traditional Benedict had soft boiled eggs instead of poached with runny yolks. The hollandaise sauce was lumpy and definitely came straight from a packet.

To top this all off we had to go to the kitchen to get our check because our waitress couldn't be bothered to check on the table.

I'm sure she was completely shocked she got ZERO tip for doing nothing.....

Oh boy, where do I start? I had high hopes for this place as it is always packed when I drove by. We went for mother's Day and to be expected it was packed. The wait was about 25 minutes and I figured well it must be worth the wait and wasn't mad about the wait either! I graciously accepted the fact that we were going to wait. We were sorely disappointed. The service was terrible to start. We were seated after 25 minutes and it took another 30 minutes just to get our drink order taken. There were several people that walked in way after us and had no problems getting their drinks and food even. After we got our drinks it took another 15 minutes just to get our food order. In the mean time of waiting on our food we looked into the kitchen from our table and the cooks were just eating on the line. Gross. When the food did get to us it was flavorless to be honest lol. We won't be back and I strongly encourage everyone to not go back. This was honestly just unacceptable.

Had been here before and had a very pleasant experience but unfortunately that wasn't the case this time around.
We had several things missing, the bread on my breakfast sandwich was SOGGY. After getting the missing items I asked for a side of avocado and the server completely ignored it and stopped coming around after that. Once we finished and finally got the check (from another employee) we saw that she tried charging us for the avocado. Seems she was more focused on getting the to-go orders ready than the tables she was serving. The table next to us was missing items as well.

The menu has a lot of offerings, and service was great. I was a little disappointed in the gluten free waffle, though. It was a bit dry and chewy, and I had to make do with artificial maple syrup.

Fan of Griddlecakes! Love their breakfast and lunch options. My husband loves their scrambles. I'm in love with their wings and waffles. Their pancakes are amazing! Definitely a culinary experience!
