Hello. Maybe I didn't choose the best on the menu. Many potatoes and raw chopped chili do not have good seasoning. Plus it took 30 minutes to prepare my lunch. (It is worth mentioning that there were no other customers in the place). 25 dollars for some scrambled eggs and a coffee?

I ate here yesterday. My experience was great from beginning to end. Devin greeted us as soon as we entered. Once seated she provided good and friendly service. Not only did she check on us during the meal, but so did Miguel. Great customer service.I liked the “local” feel of this spot. It’s not a large restaurant which I think contributes to the atmosphere. The music is loud enough to enjoy, but not so loud that it’s annoying.Now the food:One plate had scrambled eggs, home fries, two sausage patties & two buttermilk pancakes.My plate had a biscuit, gravy, sausage patty and 3 perfectly prepared over medium eggs.Everything tasted very good! Great job Chef Fernando!Looking forward to popping in again when I’m on that side of town.

I really wish i could give this place ZERO stars. What a freaking scam! DO NOT PICK UP A ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! This food was so bad I'm convinced they do this to people intentionally. I've eaten at the Eastern location since 2018 and have NEVER been served food like this. grrrrrr I ordered and drove to pick up my order. When I got home i was so upset in place of the star shape churro waffle they gave me a soaked in grease regular square waffle with some cinnamon sprinkled on it. My s'more pancakes were extremely light brown and tasted like artificial protein powder i seriously couldnt even swallow that crap. They must be doing this to increase margins by screwing over their customers who don't dine in. SHAME!!!!! I would rather do the 45min up and back to Eastern than go to this place. Disgusting...

My favorite thing here is the meat lovers scramble. Everything tastes so good, especially the potatoes. I get this every time now. I also liked the red velvet pancakes but I got diagnosiled with being prediabetic so I have to forgo those now.Husband likes all the pancakes, he likes to get the birthday cake one.All in all, good place to eat. They are small so sometimes getting a table is hard but everyone is so nice and friendly. I love this place.

My absolute favorite breakfast restaurant in Las Vegas!! They treat you like family and are always so welcoming and attentive to my husband and I! One of the reasons we honestly love coming here is because of the staff - they seriously know how to make you feel at home. Miguel makes our experience so thoughtful and always makes time to catch up and check in on us. Manny is so light-hearted and very attentive to everyone at the restaurant. Devon is very quick, charming, and detail-oriented (when we don't dine in, she takes our phone order). And Fernando always does an amazing job cooking our food! When we're lucky, we get a quick hello from him. Truly, nothing bad can be said about everyone at Griddlecakes. We typically order the following and have never gone wrong: -churro waffles -chicken wings + fries -veggie skillet with poach eggs -birthday pancakes -iced coffee -orange juice Seriously, they are the best and the food is so tasty! You can feel the passion in the atmosphere as soon as you walk in and we always leave wanting to come back for more.

The short blonde is rude as hell and speaks to customers crazy!! She ignored me, I smiled n said hi - another women walked in and she helped her first- so I said I've been waiting 10 min- can I atleast have a menu- so she rolls her eyes n told me no because I ignored her co worker- no one has come to help me like at all I been sitting here .10 min!!! So sad she so miserable the first days of new year! People have no customer service skills or people skills! Like watch who u talk crazy too- not everyone is ok with it or cares that u are at work!!! Should not have to deal with that

Classic spot for breakfast. They have plenty of options for everyone. We got the garden skillet and monkey business pancakes since we couldn't decide between sweet or savory. Portions are decent so you will definitely feel satisfied afterward. We waited about 25-30min to get seated but depending on the day and time, you could see longer waits. We were served pretty quickly once seated. They have both indoor and outdoor seating but definitely recommend indoor in the summer.
