I love a good salad especially a Ceasar Salad. This place has a pretty good one. If you're at Red Rock Casino, this is a place to try out. I like it in the wrap too.

What you see is sometimes not what you get... I go to Red Rock nearly every Wednesday when I'm in town, but I never knew this place existed. It popped up when I put my card into the slot to check in, so I went seaching and found it way back in the corner, near the sports betting. I'm never in that part of the casino. There's a big backlit sign with the menu over the register. Front and center is a picture of a delectable Cuban sandwich, on a crunchy-looking baguette roll. There are only three pressed sandwiches on the menu, so why would I think that my turkey with avocado would come out on ordinary white bread? When pressed (pun intended), the kid at the register said that a) different sandwiches are made differently, and b) it wasn't white, but sourdough. Now I'm no great fan of sourdough, but there was no sour in that dough. Not that I cared, but I gave up white bread when I grew up and learned that there are other breads in the world, and I've never looked back. But the sandwich filling was decent and the price would have been right, except for one little glitch: I paid with points, and this being Wednesday, it should have cost me half points, but he deducted them all. I didn't get a receipt, and didn't realize the error until I was way back on the other side. Oh well. While the sandwich isn't expensive, it comes with nothing. If you want to add fries, that would put the price on par with some decent pubs. Would I go back? Probably. It's an alternative to the food court. Having just seen Mel C.'s photo of the salad, I just might. And if they could put my turkey on that baguette...

Was her for football, redrick casino. Had a Caesar salad wrap......yum yum. Even had croutons. Could of had more croutons! Very good stuff, I'll be back for sure

Gridiron Grill (Red Rock Casino & Hotel / Las Vegas) Hip Hip Hooray!! I'm the Duke!!! I'm not going to lie. Gridiron Grill is just another food option when in you're at Red Rock Casino. Red Rock has so many other options. But I prefer the Gridiron Grill because it's convenient, the prices are low, and there's rarely a line. The burgers and fried dishes are okay. Their Chicken Caesar Salad is delicious and packed with a lot of chicken breast. The location is perfect. It faces the sports book and is just steps from the poker room. I've never had a bad experience here and will continue to come here as long as they serve that delicious Chicken Caesar Salad. See you soon!
