The food tasted fresh and very satisfying. Our service was good and all in all, the food provided a nice meal. But as far as atmosphere, they need to improve . Tables need to be cleaned and there was a high pitched squealing alarm which went off for almost the duration of us trying to eat. It was well over 15 minutes! It actually hurts ears after a while. Whatever the cause was, no one seemed in any rush to get it turned off. Very annoying 😑. How does anyone work here having...
Foods being served are okay. The service, though, is always slow. Even if there's only a few of you in line, the servers take several minutes before they entertain/acknowledge you.
Grill City is located inside Seafood City Supermarket. Convenient location on N Decatur off 215. Ample parking with handicap access. Parking lot is clean. No masks required.
