Grimaldi's Pizzeria

Waited 30 minutes for the Pizza and it was ok Service was terrible and the staff looks dirty. I had gone there for many years but it is no longer the same. I will not go back. Try Carmines a large selection of food not just Pizza and there prices and service is better.

Overpriced trash, I dont know why anyone would pay for the worst pizza ever and the slowest service.

The food and the service at this restaurant is great. We go here weekly and it is always great pizza made exactly how you like it. This is a review about the gift certificates that are regularly offered with a bonus gift card. Do not waste your money buying any gift cards at Grimaldi’s. If you buy them online, they will always get screwed up. You either get gift cards that don’t work at the restaurant or they cheat you and they never send the bonus gift cards. There is no way to get help on the website. You can call and send emails but no one will respond. I purchased $250 in gift cards and I was suppose to get 5-$20 bonus cards. Nothing was sent and there is no one you can contact for help.The links on the website for live chat and customer service do not work. Nothing but a hassle so don’t waste your time. It’s a complete scam!

Tried the Margherita pizza, bruschetta and tiramisu at Grimaldi’s and it turned out to be a really good experience. The pizza was the star of the meal. Perfect crust, great flavor and honestly one of the better Margherita pizzas I’ve had in the area. The tiramisu was rich and creamy and tasted just right. The bruschetta was okay, nothing special but not bad either.

The staff were professional, attentive and made the visit smooth from start to finish. Overall, a solid spot for good pizza and dessert and definitely a place I’d come back to.

I ordered and paid for extra sauce because I know how poorly-sauces Grimaldi's pizza is and there are two pieces that have virtually no sauce on them at all and the rest of the pizza is just a light dusting. Absolutely pathetic for a $30 pizza.

I used to like Grimaldi's pizzeria a lot but I was there yesterday before my birthday and the Manager trespassed me and I would like a second chance and I would like to apologize for my behavior that I had and the general manager there is very rude and needs to learn how to respect people.

No hostess to greet or seat you. All staff is “too busy” with barely half of restaurant filled to seat you without needing to grab their attention. Then when you finally get their attention they’ll put you in the back of the restaurant while plenty of tables are open on main floor. Guess they don’t want the people that look different then their usual patrons to be seen in their establishment… Anyway basic appetizers, nothing special. Pizza dough wasn’t cooked and it was a thin crust. You can’t cook a thin crust pizza through? Sounds like failing equipment or people who don’t know how to cook a pizza at a pizza restaurant. Literally only pizza and calzones on the menu and you can’t cook that right? This place is boring and can’t even cook pizza. Only people in there were old and not minority if you catch my drift. I should have gone to the other pizza place down the street.

Went to pick up my order at this place. They said it was gonna be a little bit and then I asked the staff on an update politely And they said it was being made, but after 30 minutes went by I asked a few times in between and they were getting frustrated with me, telling me the same thing that I was being made, but then the manager Comes in ask about the order and it turns out that they misplaced it and gave it to someone else so they remade it and it took them five minutes, but they took zero accountability for it even though the staff was telling me it was being made And it was not being made because they already handed it to someone else by mistake. Even worse the manager was being very confrontational They did nothing wrong, even though they told me that it was being made when it clearly wasn’t in the order was already gone
