Grimaldi's Pizzeria

On 2/18/2026 I went for a pizza and a glass of wine at the bar to watch the Olympics. About 10 minutes in a baby started to schreech, a very high pitch schreech so loud that patrons were covering their ears, myself included. About 35 minutes later I went to to manager and asked if there was anything they could do to help with the problem as I get migraines. The manager Joe said there was nothing they could do as it’s a “family restaurant” The child continued to schreech loading for another 25-30 minutes, during which the whole restaurant was upset and coveting their ears. The mother of the screeching child also covered her ears. Then a manager (female) came up to me and said I had to leave because I said something racist? I told her that was an absolute lie and she said she didn’t care and threatened to call the police. At that moment I left. I was not given the opportunity to pay nor take my leftover pizza.
I just spoke to the manager Joe who said it was the bartender Demetri who told them I said something racist.
Grimaldis is known for their oven baked pizza which I believe to be waaay over-priced, but if you’re thinking of dining there, think again. We’re hiring an attorney as every thing that happened is on film. Unbelievable

You have a couple people working here who look like they literally just crawled out of bed. No sense of urgency for people waiting for pick up orders, waitresses talking non stop while forgetting other tables. I should not be waiting 20+ minutes for my order when I'm given a time it should be ready.

Ordered a margarita pizza for delivery. I requested crispy and extra sauce. Pizza was yummy, but as you can see, it looks like they ran out of basil lol

1st time experience... ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! We had the Margherita pizza added pepperonis & olives..🔥 great service, quiet atmosphere. Got themselves a nee customer, yes I HIGHLY recommend!!

We ordered pizza from this place twice. The first time it was good, so we decided to order again. Unfortunately, the second time was very disappointing. The pizza tasted like rubber, and the bottom was completely black, as if the oven hadn’t been cleaned. It looked like dirt was stuck to the dough. Because of this experience, we will never order again. Very disappointed.

Waited 30 minutes for the Pizza and it was ok Service was terrible and the staff looks dirty. I had gone there for many years but it is no longer the same. I will not go back. Try Carmines a large selection of food not just Pizza and there prices and service is better.

Overpriced trash, I dont know why anyone would pay for the worst pizza ever and the slowest service.

The food and the service at this restaurant is great. We go here weekly and it is always great pizza made exactly how you like it. This is a review about the gift certificates that are regularly offered with a bonus gift card. Do not waste your money buying any gift cards at Grimaldi’s. If you buy them online, they will always get screwed up. You either get gift cards that don’t work at the restaurant or they cheat you and they never send the bonus gift cards. There is no way to get help on the website. You can call and send emails but no one will respond. I purchased $250 in gift cards and I was suppose to get 5-$20 bonus cards. Nothing was sent and there is no one you can contact for help.The links on the website for live chat and customer service do not work. Nothing but a hassle so don’t waste your time. It’s a complete scam!

Tried the Margherita pizza, bruschetta and tiramisu at Grimaldi’s and it turned out to be a really good experience. The pizza was the star of the meal. Perfect crust, great flavor and honestly one of the better Margherita pizzas I’ve had in the area. The tiramisu was rich and creamy and tasted just right. The bruschetta was okay, nothing special but not bad either.

The staff were professional, attentive and made the visit smooth from start to finish. Overall, a solid spot for good pizza and dessert and definitely a place I’d come back to.

I ordered and paid for extra sauce because I know how poorly-sauces Grimaldi's pizza is and there are two pieces that have virtually no sauce on them at all and the rest of the pizza is just a light dusting. Absolutely pathetic for a $30 pizza.
