They have that classic New York-style thin crust cooked to perfection in their coal-fired ovens. Just the right amount of char and a delicious flavor.However, the service this time was a bit of a letdown. It wasn't a particularly busy Friday night, so I wouldn't expect slow or inattentive service. Hopefully, this was just an off night for them.Overall, Grimaldi's remains a good choice for pizza. Just be prepared that the service might not always match the quality of the food.Parking: The parking is fine if you get there early. The chicken place next door makes some issues getting into the lot at first.Kid-friendliness: Kids get pizza dough to play with while you wait for your food.

Nothing like their counterpart over on eastern. I ordered from the one on eastern a few nights ago; AMAZING! I ordered from Rainbow, last night; terrible.I ordered the 18” pie & it looked like I got a 12-14”. It didn’t even fill the box. Now, I recognize I ordered delivery & that it’s possible it has to do with Uber as to why it came to my house not nearly as hot as it could be. Nevertheless, it came to my house cold, not like room temperature cold; like I needed to bake it myself.The crust & undercarriage was very sloppy. It didn’t look like someone cared. It seemed a bit undercooked & rubbery. I tried warming it up & it didn’t help much at all.This is the second & last time I’ll order or eat at this location. It’s a shame that the love for Grimaldi’s doesn’t lie within this location.
