The food was bomb! I had the chicken katsu and a poke that I asked the gentleman to surprise me with. We also were gifted some brownies from 2 sweet older ladies that where there jus eating. They were good as well! My homie had chicken teriyaki which he enjoyed as well. I’ve been looking at this place for a while to try out and I’m glad I did. I will definitely be back when I’m on that side of town again! Thank you!

Lots of good Hawaiian in this town, but this didn't really land for me. It doesn't hit the spot for traditional but didn't really excel at adding a spin. We tried most of the menu so I don't think we ordered wrong.

The meat Jun is some of the best I've ever had. Reminds me of the kind I'd get on Oahu. The Kalua pork was amazing too.

Also got seared ahi which was ono.

Wow! Great food. The Dynamite Ahi is superb. I had to leave a review because it was that good. Been here twice now and the dynamite Ahi is always perfectly cooked. Would recommend 101% give them a try if you’re looking for some of the best Hawaiian food in LV. I’ve been to most of them and this is the best one.

Best Local Hawaiian style plate lunches in Las Vegas. Friendly staff and awesome family owned business. Always a go to spot for a taste of Hawaii!

I come here multiple times a week. Food is almost always amazing. I have occasionally been missed my potato salad, but no biggie. Crew is always nice and remembers my order. I can't stress enough how excited I was that they extended their hours so I don't have to wait for a day off to eat at one of my favourite restaurants, thanks for the meal.

I finally checked out Grinds 2 Da Max on Russell and was really impressed. It’s a small spot with only a handful of tables, so seating is limited, but it adds to that cozy, local feel. The staff were warm and welcoming, and it honestly felt like I stumbled onto one of those hidden gems you only hear about through word of mouth.

I ordered the garlic butter shrimp plate and added fried noodles on the side—both were delicious and packed with flavor. The shrimp tasted fresh and buttery, and the noodles had that perfect balance of seasoning. Portions were generous, and it really felt like an authentic Hawaiian plate lunch. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re craving island food, just know it’s a smaller dine-in space so grabbing takeout might be the move during busy hours.
