I had the pleasure of visiting Grinds2DaMax, and I can’t say enough great things about this family-owned gem. Rocky and Evelyn are such warm, friendly, and welcoming people—it’s clear they pour their heart and soul into their restaurant.

The food is absolutely incredible, showcasing authentic Hawaiian flavors that leave you wanting more. They treated us like family and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time.

If you’re looking for fantastic food and a place that feels like home, Grinds2DaMax is the spot. I can’t wait to come back again and again! Highly recommend.

This place is bussyyyyyy, but people are in and out pretty fast. The food was good, we had the dynamite chicken.. which was great crispy. I’m not a big wasabi fan, so didn’t love the sauce. The beef jun was definitely our favorite thing. The loco moco had great flavor to it. Food took a little to get to us but overall it’s a good Hawaiian spot.

Today my fam was craving for some grindz . So we had to come here. tried The Rocky Chef special Da food was majahz . Love the combination Fried noodles , spicy Korean chicken. that hit the spot . The only thing was missing is Coke zero . it’s all good . The place was amazing. Service A+.

I got the chance to meet the owners father today. When I say this food is good, I couldn’t mean it more. I get the garlic chicken with Spicy Korean sauce on the side. Aaron, the owner’s son was so nice to help me get a situation fixed (which was my fault) and they were so kind about it! God bless this business it’s a real treasure!!

First time here and wanted to try something different. Asked what the most popular plate was and told the Dynamite katsu chicken. I ordered with the spicy sauce on the side and felt the chicken itself was pretty decent. Rice is rice. The sauce was ok. Nothing really stood out or made me want to come back again. I can say this is the last time I’ll ever order Katsu chicken as every place I’ve order this item, it’s just average or below average tasting. In my opinion. Just nothing really stands out. Just breaded chicken is all it is. Paid 16+ dollars for this meal and would say not quite worth it but wasn’t bad tasting service was OK.

Overall, our experience here was pretty good. My wife really likes the spicy masago poke, can definitely taste the freshness. The portion of the poke bowl was on the smaller than expected side, but probably because of the fresh fish. The picked mango jars are also really good.

The garlic ahi was good despite asking for some red in the middle and it was cooked through. I’d try another ahi dish next time. The garlic mix would definitely be good with shrimp.

The fried noodles were okay, however they were missing some type of meat like char siu or spam to make it complete.

Meat jun and kalbi plate was good, however for the price i’d get it from somewhere that includes choosing your 4 sides to go with the plate.

The crab mac salad stands out, having crab in the mac added a nice twist to a popular side.

One of the few places that serve diamond head soda which was a surprise. They also have orange bang, lilikoi and green river.

The service here was top notch, cashier was super friendly and took time to explain menu items despite being busy.

Smaller store on the inside with minimal seating to dine in. When it gets busy, expect to take it home or eat in the car.

Small little restaurant with some seating. AWESOME kalua pork and poke sampler!! The flavours were delicious!! Friendly staff. This place can get busy but it's worth it! I'm definitely coming back to try other items!

Amazing and best catering service. Our guests enjoyed the food and kept asking who we catered with. We told them Grinds 2 Da Max. Ordering was easy and smooth, Heavenly was quick to respond to all my questions. We ordered large katsu, korean fried chicken, beef, fried saimin, potato crab salad, dynamite chicken. Everything was perfectly delicious, major hit to all our guests and they delivered on the exact time that I requested and my party was at Henderson Rec Center. I highly recommend this restaurant for future catering and parties. I wish i can include some photos but I was so busy entertaining the guests.

This place is awesome! It’s one of the few places that you feel transported somewhere entirely outside of where you actually are. And what better place to feel transported to than Hawaii.
Their menu did not disappoint with plenty of choices for everyone. I had their Dynamite Katsu Ahi and Lemon Butter Garlic Shrimp and both were so tasty. The flavors hit just right and I can’t wait to go back!
