An Italian restaurant offering classic pasta, pizza, and seafood dishes in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The service is absolutely terrible. The hostess was rude, and after being seated, we waited 30 minutes before a waiter even acknowledged us. We had a toddler with us, and while they brought water for the adults, they didn’t bring any for the child—even as he was crying for it. When we asked, they dismissively told us they were busy and that we needed to wait, despite the restaurant only having five occupied tables. The lack of basic hospitality and respect was unacceptable, and we ultimately had to walk out.

Tiny place but the staff is on top of things and very nice. Good food, good quantity, small ish selection and maybe priced a little too high.

The restaurant, cosy and located in Golden Nuggets, was almost empty so the 6 of us got a table immediately; once all dishes arrived at 8.45pm the waitress made us understand that the restaurant was about to close.
But she didn’t say it before opening our second wine bottle so we didn’t want to rush for finishing our bottle.
She stayed so close to us waiting for the bill to be paid. What a way to show you the exit door!
We were all disappointed by the food anyway.

It says they are open till 11:00 pm. But at 9:52 pm, when we reach there.. they tell me that they are closed.

Ordered fettuccine alfredo , which was good but not exceptional. Pizzas coming out looked amazing. Servers were a little slow, but not bad. Good place for a couple dining, in my opinion. Recommended.

We went there with no reservation, restaurant 60 percent available. The host told us there was no table available for the next 40 minutes. We asked if we could sit at the bar in the meantime, and she said that's ok.The bartender was out of the majority of the things on the wine menu. Then we asked the bartender if they waited for reservations or why we couldn't sit at a table. Then she talked with her host and set us a table, and for the rest of the night, the tables were not occupied. The server was great food was meehhh for the price overall I will go for another italian restaurant for this amount of money for sure.

Located in the Golden Nugget, Grotto offers respite to weary Fremont Street revelers. Their Bruschetta and Parmigiana are some of the best I’ve ever had. Loved the strawberry cheesecake. Service is crisp and quick. Ambience is an added bonus. Give this place a try.

An excellent dining experience as usual. From the hostess to our waiter Arturo ( I apologize if I did not get his name right) who simply made our dining experience amazing! He was attentive, funny and obviously loves his job. The Shrimp Gamberi, Veal Piccata and Pizza were spectacular compliments to the chef! We have been here several times and Grotto never disappoints we will see you again on our next trip to Vegas!!!

Very very delicious Italian food! Friendly staff! My only complaint is the hours of operation. They are only open on Friday and Saturdays and only the evenings of those days! Such a waste! Last time I was in Vegas I was only there from Monday to Friday midday and had to fly back home Friday evening. Could not even eat here. I usually try to hit this place up every time we are in Vegas but not our last trip. Definitely need to be open more often!

We arrived and got sat right away which was great. We looked over the menu and our party knew what they wanted to order. We sat for 10 minutes and no one checked on us. We gave them five more minutes to see if anyone would show up to take our drink order, nothing. The restaurant wasn't busy, after 15 minutes of no service we left. Waste of time. As we walked out the hostess said "Thanks for coming" as I responded thanks for nothing.

Lasagna was over cooked and like a piece of leather. Salad was nothing but lettuce and 3 little squares of cheese. Bread was good. Merlot was very good.

We had the pleasure of eating here. Food was great! Staff/service was impecable, you could tell the staff got along well. Our waiter Arturo was amazing attending to all our needs and still being super friendly. We enjoyed talking to him! I think we met a new friend! Totally recommend it.
