If it weren't for the bread they sell there I would never return. The service is terrible and the people who work there clearly hate their jobs. There is no kindness or commitment to the business and much less to the customers. They don't respect work hours, they say they close at 7:00pm and at 4:30pm when we went they didn't want to serve us (they said they needed to do cleaning).

VERY BAD SERVICE! They are supposed to close on Saturdays until 7 and they didn't let us order food because they were going to close and they had to do cleaning, clarifying that it was 5 in the afternoon and there were TWO HOURS left before closing, what a shame. I wish the owners knew about this.

Poor quality of the bread, nothing like Guatemalan bread. Bad texture, bad flavor. What a shame that they don't sell Guatemalan bread. Chapin bread is unique, this imitation doesn't work

The food was very, very good but the treatment of the waitress had nothing to do with it. I think she has to improve her attitude. I know what it means to work with the public and you always have to have a good attitude.

Ive been coming here from Iowa the past 3 years and this is my favorite spot to come to. The service is great very friendly people, food was delicious.. extremely recommended

What good service and original food, I applaud this place and I will recommend it to my friends when they travel to Las Vegas. The food was good, but they won't even be there anymore!
