During my recent visit to Las Vegas, I had the pleasure of dining at Gursha Ethiopian Restaurant, and it was truly unforgettable. We tried the Awaze Tibs, Shekela Tibs, and Doro Tibs—each dish was rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and incredibly delicious. The meat was tender, and the injera paired beautifully with everything. Easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

Mimi has a beautiful smile when she’s cooking and serving food to her customers! She’s genuinely passionate about her cooking and sharing her culture. Highly recommend the veggie platter and chicken tibs as shown in the picture!

Was here on business and a colleague suggested we try something different - I had never had Ethiopian yet he had. So glad we came out here; the food was fantastic and Amy was delightful. Not licensed but offie next door. BOYB. Great value and great food (the saving will cover an Uber each way too). Do visit :)
