Unfortunately, this experience fell short of expectations. On the bright side, we made reservations, arrived promptly, and were seated quickly. The waitress was friendly and had a good sense of humor. However, issues arose: after ordering, we waited 45 minutes while two groups arriving after us were served first. A gentleman from our group asked another waitress about our order, since we couldn't find our assigned server, and she told him it wasn't her responsibility to monitor other tables and that she was too busy to help. Eventually, we located our waitress, and I asked her to check on our food. She brought it out quickly, but it was cold and beginning to go stale. She fixed the order promptly, but after another 15 minutes, our reheated dishes arrived—yet the eggs on the ALL AMERICAN BREAKFAST SLAM* were overcooked. Throughout, the waitress remained polite and apologetic, but the TONKATSU CLUB was served cold again. The highlight was the FLAVORTOWN CHICKEN N’ WAFFLES, which were delicious and at the perfect temperature. We asked to see the manager, but she never appeared. We met Guy Fieri at Big Smoke, and he enthusiastically recommended trying one of his locations. As we have not tried other locations, our experience may be specific to this one, as I see other reviews are not complimentary to this particular location. Due to Mr. Fieri's recommendation, we ignored the reviews and wanted to try for ourselves. Sadly, the reviews are accurate, and I hope his management team can turn the location around. As revealed during our meeting with Mr. Fieri at Big Smoke, he comes across as a down-to-earth, dedicated, and hardworking celebrity chef and TV personality.

Food was all right. The barbecue sauce was packed with flavor, everything else was kind of bland. The service was absolutely horrendous; asked for extra coleslaw and it came after my meal was done. Ordered the 18 hour brisket and it took 18 hours to arrive.

French toast was stale, no maple syrup, had to ask for it.
Bacon & eggs came out without sausages so I asked for them and the reply was “we must have run out”.
Server didn’t seem to care about our complaints, will never be back.

Service - they don't have enough servers? They just want to make us sit at the bar and bar service is slow. Also they won't let us order right after our first 2 meal choice came = another long wait. Probably on purposely done so everyone is full before able to order again.
Food: scrambled eggs were driest. 😩 Biscuit and gravy tasted good but it was COLD! 😕😑 Chili, house salad and Brisket Mac & cheese were good.

The host and waiter were rude. The meat platter was dry but better when I ordered extra sauce.
I thought the price was high even for the Las Vegas Strip. My wine was served mid meal and when I asked about the one for my brother, I was told, “We’re busy. You’ll have to wait your turn.” We were finished eating when it arrived

The male host seated me (1) at a table and handed me a menu ... and I waited for ever. It appeared I wasn't in a waitresses section and I was being ignored. So after waiting over 10 minutes I talked to the host and then he said he can seat me at a table and I can then receive better service. I then I asked him why did he seat me in a section where I would get no service. He had no answer.I walked out.

As i a local I came here to eat out of curiosity, wanted to try out the buffet brunch menu. ordered the slam and the french toast, it came out timely, say about 12 minutes. the french toast was borderline warm, id say a typical buffet line toast would be warmer that what i received. the slam decent and warm. i then ordered a ceaser salad, took over 20 minutes. it was probably the worse ceaser ive ever ordered. I would have returned it, if i had paid soley for it. I think a salad at wendys would be better than their caeser salad. I would challenge some executives of the hotel to eat here undercover, and see if they consider this decent casual restaurant food. Id say your slightly better off going to dennys. I would suggest removing the caeser from the menu, its not really a brunch item, and its not good at all.

If I could give 0 I would it was are last night in vegas before we headed home to Ireland so thought we would try here. We got the brisket with mac and cheese and it was stone cold me and my husband had two bites. It took over half an hour to get us drinks if I'm ever back again I'll definitely be staying away from there.

Sadly I wasn't impressed, got the Off Da Hook Fish and Chips. The French fries were a variety of 3 different types that weren't hot or seasoned so too chilled to add salt. The fish was delicious but only after I asked for Malt Vinegar, the slaw was bland, the dip for the fish had an unpleasant taste, hence the malt vinegar request, unfortunately the malt vinegar didn't help the fries. Over rated and overpriced for the disappointment. ?

Stopped by on a Monday afternoon—restaurant was empty but host stated we could not get a table without a reservation “per the manager”. Very disappointing.

Have been residents for 18 years and last night was one of the worst experiences we’ve had dining anywhere. The service was deplorable. Food was mediocre at best. Literally took 15 minutes to be greeted…well…we actually stopped someone to help us if that’s what you’d consider a greeting. 35 minutes for our first cocktail. 2 waters brought for our party of 3. Took 10% off the check…seriously? What an insult. Would rather you keep your lousy 10%. An added “bonus” was looking at the pictures our terrible server took with my phone when asked to take one picture of us. He should be fired at minimum.

The food was delicious. We ordered a few main dishes and shared (Brisket Nachos and Burgers). The waiter was nice and attentive. We had a great time!
