This was our first meal in USA. We had looked into several places to eat and had booked the all you can eat dishes expecting it to be a good way of trying several American dishes. I had 2 dishes and my husband had 3. Food took 1.5 hours. Ordered meals only to be told a long time after ordering that they weren't available. Terrible service and poor food. A disappointment to say the least.

Service was sub par. Restaurant was 1/2 empty but to get seated you had make a reservation. Had the all you can eat brunch and they ran out of items. Looked at the menu and seems they have cut down their menu options .

parts of order came cold. and food did not come out together forgot about some of our dishes. they were out of some items and decided not to tell us they just left it off the plates disappointing club sandwich was the best item

We were told they had staffing issues but, our waitress and the hostess' were wonderful. We ordered 2 items (which were signature dishes) that were unavailable because of missing resources. In order to book the reservation, we had to give them $75 non-refundable so, we had to stay and just order something else. The food was not bad but, it wasn't what we wanted and we felt kinda trapped there. Our whole meal was $150 for 3 people with appetizer and 2 margaritas and we kinda wished we had chosen a different spot. Restaurants have bad nights - doesn't mean it's a bad place but, it hard when you pay for the reservation and cannot get out of the meal if it is not what you wanted.

Awful! We had a 11:15am reservation. Finally seated at 11:35am. The host had to seat people and bus tables. We ordered our meals (no buffet) and you can order 2 meals at a time ( I suggest you do that). I ordered one. It took an hour. There were people there after us and received their meal way before we did. I got my second meal around 1:15pm. I think Guy F should be at this restaurant and see how bad it is. 🤮

When he says flavortown he means it. We did the all you can eat brunch and everything was amazing.

I was really looking forward to this highly publicized brunch but it was terrible. Spend your money somewhere else. The food was cold and the service slow. The Mac and cheese came out cold and missing the crispy onions not just once but 3 times. Who eats cold Mac and cheese? Yuck.

The food was delicious. the severs were outstanding. Party of 4 everyone was very impressed

The incorrect and cold food was originally order delivered. The soda was delivered after the food was delivered. They were very willing to swap out the food once we flagged someone down and mind you there were only 10 tables or less seated at the time. The food was better the second time but it was still missing an ingredient and just warm, not hot. The food did taste good though. The staff very friendly too.

I probably should have read ā€œSportsā€ Kitchen a little clearer. While the food was good, the atmosphere was loud and very much a sports bar. I had booked this before arriving and realized I couldn't cancel otherwise I would be charged a $25/ per person cancelation fee. Service wasn't that great either. It was just so-so.

Service was horribly slow. Took almost 30 minutes to get our coffee and another 20 to get half of our food. We cancelled the rest, paid our check and left. Won't be back.

We were a party of 8 and we had a reservation. We had to wait well past our reservation time to be seated. We waited approximately 30 minutes on drinks. Server advised us when he delivered our drinks that we should go ahead and order a second round now because they were backed up. We finally placed our order. 7 or the 8 received their meals. Server advised me that my meal would be right up. I waited and waited...no meal. I asked (several times) when my meal (a club sandwich) would be ready and was advised to ā€œmake myself at homeā€ and it would be up soon. It finally arrived after everyone else had finished eating. I believe it had been sitting awhile and the server was too busy to notice it. They did comp my meal. Guy's Kitchen was very understaffed. The food was mediocre at best for bar food. I would not recommend it.

Wanted to try the brunch and was terribly disappointed. Eggs over medium were barely over easy and the whites were very runny. Sausage lacked any flavor and bacon so very uneven with one side thin and crispy and the other thick and rubbery. Biscuit and gravy had no flavor at all and came out room temperature. Asked for no potatoes and was told I couldn't do that, had to take it as it came out. Brisket mac and cheese was cold and when I took a fork full, it had seized up and all came out in one piece. Won't be going back

Food was great. Our service was perfect. Unfortunately one member of our party sent his food back because he's forgot to mention his dairy allergy even though the waiter ASKED us if we had any allergies. I'm sorry he was a jerk to the waiter, but the waiter was very gracious about the whole incident.

Maybe we hit them on a bad day (lunch time), but waited 50 minutes for two entrees and another 30 minutes for the third, all ordered together. Had all you can eat brunch and the wings appetizer. No one thought anything was particularly great. Most items ok, some not very good at all. Not what we were expecting from a GF restaurant.
