The service was terrible. We waited 10 minutes to see a waitress. 10 minutes for coffee, 30 minutes for our food to come out, which was cold. Then we ordered a second round of entrees, that took another 45 minutes. The food came out burnt and cold, how is that even possible. The waitress was nowhere to be found, we had to ask the bus boy for coffee and water. Completely under staffed and the cooks lacked basic food preparation skills. The worse food experience I have ever had in any restaurant, complete disappointing for a Lad Vegas Restaurant !!!!
We waited 15 minutes before our waitress even acknowledged us. Ordered and food arrived before our drinks did. My Mac daddy was horrible. The chicken was super dry. The cheese was rubbery and gross and the Mac and cheese was grainy. The cheese burger my friend had was sloppy, poorly constructed and had no seasoning. The fish and chips my husband had was delicious. We have been to the one at the Linq and it was decent. This one did not warrant the expense. Won't go back.
Sending a private message to the restaurant. We have had great experiences in the past, but ... not this time.
Long wait for the food. We waited 40 minutes for food to come out. Food quality is inconsistent. The first batch is okay and the second one they burned the bacon and they burned the brisket. They forgot the corn bread. The house salad is so sour. Our server Vanessa is super nice. Our reservation is at 11 am and we finished at 2:30 pm.
Stephanie was our host! She was so amazing and helped accommodate our requests. If you're looking for the best place to watch a game and enjoy excellent food and service look no further and make sure you book the MVP experience! So worth it!
We made a reservation and were sat quickly but everything went downhill from there. Service was extremely slow and food was cold, not lukewarm, it was cold. Not worth the hype or money. Stay away
Was a great experience they took care of us well just make sure you put in a reservation it goes smoother
This was our first meal in USA. We had looked into several places to eat and had booked the all you can eat dishes expecting it to be a good way of trying several American dishes. I had 2 dishes and my husband had 3. Food took 1.5 hours. Ordered meals only to be told a long time after ordering that they weren't available. Terrible service and poor food. A disappointment to say the least.
Service was sub par. Restaurant was 1/2 empty but to get seated you had make a reservation. Had the all you can eat brunch and they ran out of items. Looked at the menu and seems they have cut down their menu options .
parts of order came cold. and food did not come out together forgot about some of our dishes. they were out of some items and decided not to tell us they just left it off the plates disappointing club sandwich was the best item

We were told they had staffing issues but, our waitress and the hostess' were wonderful. We ordered 2 items (which were signature dishes) that were unavailable because of missing resources. In order to book the reservation, we had to give them $75 non-refundable so, we had to stay and just order something else. The food was not bad but, it wasn't what we wanted and we felt kinda trapped there. Our whole meal was $150 for 3 people with appetizer and 2 margaritas and we kinda wished we had chosen a different spot. Restaurants have bad nights - doesn't mean it's a bad place but, it hard when you pay for the reservation and cannot get out of the meal if it is not what you wanted.
Awful! We had a 11:15am reservation. Finally seated at 11:35am. The host had to seat people and bus tables. We ordered our meals (no buffet) and you can order 2 meals at a time ( I suggest you do that). I ordered one. It took an hour. There were people there after us and received their meal way before we did. I got my second meal around 1:15pm. I think Guy F should be at this restaurant and see how bad it is. 🤮
When he says flavortown he means it. We did the all you can eat brunch and everything was amazing.
I was really looking forward to this highly publicized brunch but it was terrible. Spend your money somewhere else. The food was cold and the service slow. The Mac and cheese came out cold and missing the crispy onions not just once but 3 times. Who eats cold Mac and cheese? Yuck.
The food was delicious. the severs were outstanding. Party of 4 everyone was very impressed
