Been to Guy's before but this was a disappointment. Bloody Mary was excellent (which it should be for the price) but trash can nachos should have stayed in the trash can. Everything was soggy - not one crisp chip. Took forever to get the bill. Two of us had to leave the table to get the waiter to hurry up (even though we'd asked him for the bill 10 minutes earlier).
Wait to be sitting was good Once we were seated the wait was 20 minutes to have a server attend us. Then it was a wait for food at least 25 minutes. Our neighbors on the next table had order taken after us and waited 1 hour for food. The restaurant seemed under staffed. Need a better system. May I suggest have a server that does drinks and makes arounds to see if anyone needs anything while the other server takes order and makes sure the food comes out on time. Team work will...
The food was good but the service not the best. The host would not even come out to call the names and the entire time you are wondering if she is calling your name or someone else. Not a smile or anything. When we got to our table it took a while to get our food.
