Tonight 10/27/2025 I had the most rudest experience ever. I am so upset with the way the employees customer service was towards me in person and over the phone. Not only did they hang up in my face , but in person they were so rude asking if I wanted the food or not. All I asked was for my military discount which I usually get. Tonight was a different set of employees. Not only did they have a side conversation in Spanish ( which I know Spanish) about me. I left, because this was very unacceptable.

The menudo here is on point. Authentic not spicy but can be if you request more chili. Fast friendly and quite. No wait. Love this place, I will be coming back!

Blown away. Wish I would have known sooner. Nothing to complain about here. The qeasotacos with avocado salsa have me sweating for more already within an hour and proved to be a grate breakfast idea.
Deff recommend this restaurant to anyone that has not tried and will be returning sooner or later myself.

This is the second time my order was wrong AT THIS LOCATION after explicitly saying it back to the cashier. I ordered a shredded chicken burrito with beans rice and cheese and instead got a giant soup bean burrito with no meat and NO RICE. None of the other locations have messed up my order let alone two times. Extremely disappointed.

Stale and dry street tacos and frozen fries that have the taste of being fried in old oil that should of been charged a week ago . Don't recommend

My experience at The Habaneros Restaurant was horrible I ordered a Chile Relleno burrito, they gave me a Chile Relleno inside my burrito that was cut in half and packed in a tortilla full of rice and without beans the menu say with beans but I got just a burrito filled with red rice and a few very small pieces of chili relleno and the cashier lady told me they don't put beans in their chili relleno burritos. what! No Beans I couldn't believe what she just told me when I've ordered food from this place in the past plenty of times and never had a problem with my order, So I had to returned the incorrect order back to them and request a refund they tried to convince me for 5min they gave me a full size Chile relleno burrito it's just cut in small pieces... For what? I asked the guy told me it would not all fit in the tortilla so they have to cut it up mind you I did take one bite and it was a mouthful of rice That's the reason why I requested a refund also because I wasn't tasting the Chile Relleno at all so I opened it up and looked inside my Burrito and there was this?? 3 little chopped pieces of Chile relleno without beans and a bunch of red rice l was so disappointed, I really thought this was the place to go to enjoy good Mexican food because honestly Some Roberto's have been the worst lately and this restaurant used to be so good I don't know what happened to this place I honestly think because I ordered my food to go they probably didn't think I was going to look into how my food was prepared they thought I would just eat it without checking what's in it, and with all that the lady at the register charged me 11.84 for my food when the price was clearly 8.99 and when she refund me i Only was refunded $11.38 y'all be carful this place is horrible jacking up the price and taking shortcuts with the food never going back!!!

If I could give no Stars that's what I would give. I always go to this habanero's and they're always nice. The lady who always helps me has beautiful green eyes. She's always friendly and gives me salsa with no problem. I go today on March the 18th and this other lady was at the window I don't know, her name she said it was Blanca. I'm not sure. She was tight with her salsa. She gave me one salsa per taco when it states on that little plaque outside the drive-thru that there's three sauces per item. She told me one taco is not an item and it's common sense. I told her she did not have to be rude and she said she wasn't. She must have been having bad day but if I looked like her I guess my day would be bad all the time. I do not appreciate her rudeness and I'm very disappointed because I do enjoy going there with the lady with the beautiful green eyes and the man who is always helpful. Blanca was rude. And I hope they read this comment. So I bought salsa at $0.50 each salsa and I bought $13.00 of tacos. Are you kidding me? What a joke.

I came in through drive through to order my food. I had to repeat my order twice and the person couldn't understand me so then someone else came on and took my order. I ordered quesa tacos and they asked chicken or beef? I said beef because it's a quesa taco? I got my order and it was wrong, no problem I went through to tell them and the lady was so rude! She was arguing saying that's not what you ordered and was going back and forth with me. I can understand if I was rude but what the hell i even offered to pay the difference. Fix the attitude

Ordered the Chile Verde Burrito. Got the driest carnitas burrito of my life. They do NOT have Chile Verde here. This place is whitewashed and not even close to Mexican food. They should be ashamed to be serving this. Absolutely disgusting.

Very dissatisfied. Ordered tamales and pork tacos. The pork was dried and clearly had been sitting in the bottom of a pan cooking all day against a dry surface. It was literally crunchy to the bite. To top it off, the pork was horrible tasting! Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the tamales weren’t the worst I’ve ever had, but wouldn’t get them again. When I say these are the worst tacos I’ve ever had, I mean it. I ordered 3, but ate a total of 1 between all 3 and picked out what was edible. Prices were steep (almost $5/taco). I considered going back up and saying something but didn’t want my new order to have “issues” if you know what I mean. Oh, and to top it off, the place smelled like raw sewage the second we walked in the door. Should have been our first clue. And yes, I had others with me who saw and tasted and smelled the exact same thing. Go to Roberto’s or Algoberto’s. They’ve never let me down in all these years.

I should have paid attention to the reviews. But I needed some tacos fast. Super expensive, they charge extra for using a credit card, and the tacos were mediocre and the same as every other taco place.

Should have checked reviews before coming in. $20 for a person to eat with moderate portions. The 'server' is rude, they limit the veggies you can have with your plate and they don't know how to clean. Not coming back and I strongly recommend everyone else to pick from the 20 almostdentical 'restaurants ' to pick from.

I ordered a simple bean and cheese burrito and wanted to add rice, and when I got home I got a rice burrito. Definitely disappointed at the order when I took my bite 😩

The horchata is artificial and I’m so confused on why the rice has artificial corn in it.
