Habaneros Taco Grill #9 (S. Pecos Rd.)

Was a bit disappointed. I’ve been to another location and the food was better/fresher.

Both, the asada plate, and carnitas plate had the meat very dry, and not fresh texture at all. Like it had been sitting for a while or from the day before. I went at around 1pm and the store wasn’t very busy.

I got 3 chicken tacos and they were good and the meat fresh.

It’s still a good restaurant, better than robertos and don tortaco (although extremely similar) so I was disappointed.

My husband and I been coming to this location several times now and the first 2-3x we’ve eaten here, the foods been great. However, the most recent times we noticed the food quality decreasing, I’m assuming they changed cooks? With that being said, Yesterday in particular, we decided to eat Mexican, we placed our order online so that way by the time we got there, the food will be ready. That wasn’t the case, we arrived and the place is EMPTY! Just one customer who was waiting for his food. The girl working the front (Approx. 5’2”, glasses, braid's), she didn’t bother to check the tablet for online orders and asked when I placed the order, I showed her my electronic receipt (20 min ago) and she said it’ll be about 10 min. No discount, no free drink… not even an apology. That’s pretty annoying, it defeats the purpose in ordering online. Paying customers shouldn’t have to be on top of staff. We are considering in going back to Roberto’s, at least they have drive-thru and the food quality is about the same. I hope the owners or upper management is reading this in hopes to improve the service/food and get rid of people who don’t want to work!

Food is decent but don’t ever order for delivery. Second time I’ve tried and never get everything I ordered and even if you request it, they will not deliver salsa.

Food was fine but this is the first Mexican fast food place I’ve been to that didn’t have fresh jalapeños or fresh chile toreados (sic). They only have pickled versions.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! The food was simply amazing and the prices are even better pre covid prices here for sure 1 dollar soft tacos today for taco Thursday it was amazing 4 big tacos for 8 bucks you can't beat that anywhere in vegas It was so good we got two more tacos the portions are huge here we might even come back for dinner and try a few more things on the menu I recommend this restaurant to everybody in Las Vegas you will get your meat's worth if you eat here 10/10 service

I’ve been to the habaneros in Boulder City and I was expecting close to the same type of food. The customer service was great. The food was not. The portion size was smaller and the burrito did not taste anything like the ones you get at the habaneros in Boulder City. I took a couple bites an threw it away. It was unfortunate. Great customer service tho.
