Loved the food and the atmosphere here. Everything was fairly priced. The grilled skewers were amazing along with their carpaccios. One issue I had was the 6 kinds sashimi counted the fish eggs as one of the 6 sashimi. Definitely deceptive pricing in my opinion.
Other than that one issue, everything else was on par.

It's a really great place. As Thais dining here, we were very impressed—the staff provided excellent service, and the food was delicious, truly living up to the feel of a Japanese restaurant. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

Hachi is an absolute gem of a Japanese yakitori izakaya in Vegas. This spot quickly became one of my new favorites.
The skewer selection was great — I tried the A5 wagyu, different cuts of chicken, pork belly, and salmon collar, all cooked to perfection. They also offer a solid sushi and sashimi menu, including some incredible toro.
Even without a reservation, I was lucky to get seated right away despite how busy it was. The vibe was lively, the service was attentive, and everything I ordered hit the mark. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality Japanese spot with great energy.

This is the Yakatori Izakaya in Vegas! Great atmosphere and amazing food.
All of the skewers are excellent. Grilled to perfection with great smoky charcoal flavor.
The sashimi is fresh, and the chef is generous in his slicing.
Also, do not miss the honey toast for dessert. We had folks who don't do sweets or desserts break their willpower and give in to this excellent treat. Light and crispy with just the right touch of honey paired with creamy vanilla ice cream. I just gained five pounds writing that.
The atmosphere takes me back to younger days, roaming random streets and stumbling up to the late night Izakaya for a bite and some beer. Being greeted by all the staff in a loud yet courteous and welcome tone.
Make sure you have reservations, or you'll wait. Doors open at 5:30 pm sharp, not a minute sooner.
The only downside is the parking as this little strip mall has tons of amazing places and is very popular with the evening and late night dining crowd.
Don't tell your friends, because they probably already know and it'll make it harder to get into this place.

Having been spoiled by the yakitori & izakaya scene in NYC and LA, Hachi in Vegas is the real deal. While yakitori and izakaya aren't mutually exclusive nor are they peas in a pod type of food, getting high quality food in both categories means this is the kind of place you'll want to visit over and over again. Must try the various yakitori offerings and flush it down with some cold beer. Life could not be better.

When it comes to the Vegas food scene, a lot can change in a few years, so you can imagine my surprise when I came back to visit for the first time in 7 years to find out that Hachi has managed to not only stick around, but also continues to deliver on service and quality. おつまみ派 when it comes to izakaya fare, so I'm keen on getting the salmon or yellowtail collar, ankimo, and fried oysters whenever they're available.

Very tasty sushi. Comparable to many of the places I've visited in Japan. Seaweed salad is perfect, the toro was the best Ive ever had. The torched salmon was incredible.
Make a reservation or you might get seated at the bar, this happened to us. However they moved us after requesting a booth.
Great experience.

Great food, atmosphere, and service. I accidentally tipped the server 40% and the server pointed out and refunded the extra tip. The server said tip was included already for large parties. I appreciate their honesty. Will definitely be back.
