Typical Hard Rock with good location and food. Restaurant was clean and with good memrobila. Staff was very flexible and friendly. The cheesecake was poor (had better from grocery store freezer) and the kitchen person whom brought out my lunch spilled the fries.

It is an iconic American rock restaurant featuring rock acts on the video screens and atmosphere. We love it and eat here everytime we are in Vegas.

My husband and I came to the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas to attend the Raid The Rock Vault concert from Florida. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome.

We had the pleasure of meeting Scott, the Operations Manager, in the elevator. He and the staff went above and beyond the usual to make our experience memorable and special. We enjoyed every minute. The concert was awesome and the staff was amazing.
We enjoyed our visit so much we came back the next day for drinks and dinner. Scott again was there and stopped by our table and made us feel welcome and appreciated.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Patrick and Rebecca. They were both very pleasant and accommodating. We ended up spending several hours at the cafe. The service was amazing. They were all so kind, knowledgeable and friendly.

We will definitely come back on our next visit and hope to see them again.

Dawn, our server was friendly and attentive.

Eggs Benny itself tasted good; potatos/ hash were dry.
Huervos Rancheros also tasted good though the tortillas was a bit hard to cut through.

Had a great time here. Started in the shop where the staff are amazing so helpful and genuinely chatty.
We had a reservation for two. I didn’t like the staff trying to sell you photos of your self from the way in.
Our server Brian couldn’t do enough and I would go to any restaurant he was working at. He was attentive and helpful. With out him and the store staff the review would have been a lot lower. The food was probably below standard for hard rock

Food was great & delicious, once the check came back it was all funny business with our waiter he paid my pictures with his own cc and said I owe him for it so I verified and paid him me and a family member had previously tipped him and when giving me back my change for the pics and saw I didnt gave him my last $10 he’s whole personality changed in seconds snatches his pen off my hand and mumbled something and walked away.

After a bad first experience with a waiter I was hesitant about returning. Honestly am happy I made the decision to return the experience was way diff in positive way. Want to thank Drew for his service. Easy going great guy makes dining an ease as if we were at home

Very disappointing experience.
The place is very nicely decorated, but the service was terrible because the blonde waitress kept making passive aggressive comments about my baby’s stroller. She wanted me to leave the stroller outside while I ate and held my baby!? If I were in a wheelchair, would she ask me to leave it outside too? With all the space and an elevator in the restaurant, shouldn't it be accessible to everyone? The food isn't bad, but it isn't great either. It took a while to arrive and it was kind of cold. I should have gone to Denny's because the food there is really good and no waitress is going to bother with a sleeping 6 month old baby.

The service is perfect, the waiters are very kind and helpful. The ribs were great, this is one portion divided between 2 people. Mango tango non-alcoholic cocktail my favorite option when I drive.
They have a lot of memorabilia, I really enjoyed it, be sure to visit the third floor if you have the chance.
