So yesterday I left a 1 star review because one of the bar staff wouldn't serve me, my father and my brother a coffee without IDAfter raising my concerns Jeremy contacted me and apologised and offered me, my father and my brother a free meal to make up for what happened. We attended the restaurant and was given our free meal and was also treated to a tour of the upstairs where there was some really impressive memorabilia by juli which was the operations manager. She was fantastic and also offered us all some hard rock cafe glassware. We spoke with her and expressed our concerns, she apologised and explained the reason for the confusion. We are only human and mistakes can happen but I can't fault the way they handled this situation.I will continue to visit hard rock cafe where ever I go in the world. Thanks again for everything.

Mythical place, but so commercial... The prices are like everything in Los Angeles, very expensive

Have to say probably a handful of times eating here, love everything about it from the host outdoors to the hostes inside to our server Shameka, I hope I spelt her name right. Great energy and always smiling. Thank you again for a great experience

Stefany you are amazing. So kind and helpful. Took extra time to make sure an allergen wasn't near food and took back plate that contained it. Food was amazing. Highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak burger. 5/5 made my night

A small, cramped, average, run-down place. I expected better from HRC in Las Vegas. Nice service in the store.

This is the second Hard rock I have visited with my wife in America and I’m not sure the “hard rock” applies anymore, the music is extremely sporadic with very Little Rock played, being rock fans we thought this would be perfect to chance drinks at.On another note … staff = fantastic!Cannot fault the hospitality. Just a shame about the music and hope this can change more to live up to the name.Side note - Jason was exceptional (thanks from your English friends up the claret and blues!David was also excellentThanksJordan & Jo (honeymoon in vegas)

Been to las Vagas on our honeymoon! Went to the Hard Rock Cafe as it’s a place we love to come to for the rock music! However the songs were fluctuating from rock to R&B music. This put us off as we were expecting rock music to be playing all the time. Staff are amazing, especially Jason and his fantastic hospitality, spent the last 3 days there!. Food is amazing. Just a shame about the R&B music. Thanks Jason (you’re English friends … up the Hammers!)
