What an amazing surprise to find Sprinkles at the airport on my way out!
I frequented sprinkles over a decade ago when they were a one shop bakery in Newport Beach and it was so nice to be reunited with my old favorite, the red velvet cupcake. It tasted just how I remember,
the nostalgia was so comforting 🥰🧁
The song upon delivery was so cute, I loved it. A lovely little airport experience 💕

Delicious, fresh tasting cupcake at 10pm on a Friday night. Very satisfied. Prices are high, at about $7 per cupcake and $14 for a bag of double chocolate cake candies, hence the 4 stars. Fresh & delicious otherwise.

The cake was extremely dry, and the icing was hard. Definitely not fresh!

I purchased the strawberry flavor cupcake. It was fresh but the red candy piece was absolutely horrible! Left a nasty taste in my mouth couldn't really enjoy the rest. Red dye poison type. Consider changing.

I only every had sprinkles cupcakes when I went to NY so I was pumped to come across this vending machine while waiting to board our flight home. My daughter & I chose the banana cupcake. Unfortunately we didn’t before we devoured it lol. It was so good. A little pricey ($6.99 plus tax) but obviously we are paying for the convenience of it.

It sings a little song when you make a purchase.

After clicking on the item, and trying my best to read the small and blurry font, I ended up purchasing a sprinkles chocolate bar. It turned out to be a hard solid slab of white chocolate covered in sprinkles. It was disgusting. No where on the front of the box does it say "White Chocolate". Only just "Chocolate". The chocolate bars are $10/piece. I reached out to customer service recommending they consider updating their boxes to be more transparent about the item in the box (since it's in a vending machine and the front of the box is all you can see). Customer service is a joke. I was told to "read the item description more carefully before purchasing"This company and its customer service is a joke.

The sprinkles cupcakes in vending machines are the worst. I get one every time I'm in the las Vegas airport and I never learn my lesson. For $7, these are absolutely not worth it.

The red velvet was just as expected. The cream cheese frosting was rich and sweet and complemented the cupcake well. But I noticed that the cupcake itself was a bit dry if I didn't eat it with the icing. Maybe bc it was the last one in the ATM and was a bit old? I'd like to try a fresh one next time
Bought a vanilla cupcake at 1:30 AM and it still somehow tasted fresh. I would totally recommend this.
Did not taste good at all. Never had from the bakery but out of the vending machine I feel like I through my money away
UPDATE 2/27/2022: SPRINKLES reached out to me after I contacted customer service by email and this was resolved very quickly! Thank you for swift action! 3 ATM machines at McCarran Int'l Airport in Vegas were not available for purchase. The one I finally was able to access went to 3 empty rows before zeroing out my order. I received a receipt for 1 purchased cupcake that I did not receive. Customer Service on the phone was not existent. I was on hold with the automated voice coming on every 20 seconds that they were too busy.
Unfortunately , these are not as good as going to the actual bakery. Would not advise to purchase especially at the additional price.Understand, I picked them up right after they were stocked in the vending machine. Again they are not as fresh or as good as going to the actual bakery in Newport that we visit often. Save your money.
