Adolfo is amazing. He treated us with great kindness and explained all the variety of foods. Also the kanikao and Chef Andrew are also the best. They walked us through all the variety of foods and flavors. We will be back.

Not the traditional Mediterranean food I was expecting. It was okay but a little bland and missing flavor. Portions were tiny and unsatisfying. Servers were good, but why do they charge a service fee to cover the salary of staff? The customer shouldn't have to bear the responsibility of paying the restaurant staff's salary, especially with the high prices the establishment charges. I will not choose to dine here again.

Hasalon is an amazing experience. I have been several times and the food, drinks, service, staff have been excellent every time. I can't recommend this place enough. If possible, try and sit at the Chef's Counter for an enhanced experience watching the chefs prepare all the food. The weekends are full of great fun, great music with a live DJ and a party like atmosphere. I have also sent several friends there and they echo the same sentiments. If you are in Vegas for work or fun and there for one day or an entire week, Hasalon is a must for you to visit.

Food and vibe were just tremendous. But the real standouts were our servers, Adolfo and DJ. They really made the night special. Can’t believe it was Adolfo’s third day as a server. We would have thought it was three years!

While the food was good and the host was super nice, the staff service was the worse part of the evening. Arrived there at 9pm, our waiter rushed and bothered us all our stay (little more than 1 hour) and acted like he was high/drunk! Meaning he came to ask if the food is good, we said yes and he kept coming minute after minute and asking again maybe 20 times.
He didn’t allow us to enjoy the food and rushed us to move to the next plate/dessert without letting us the food go down even a minute.
Other staff member tried to take my plate while I was eating, I reached with my fork and he grabbed the plate in the air without asking.
Of course the high waiter also served me the bill without letting us finish the food, he gave it with it on same time.
But this restaurant even not decent enough to let me choose if he deserved a tip, they put 20% automatically.
I extended my stay in Vegas only to go there when they open on Thursday but not going to return there again unfortunately with my wife. Terrible experience with them.

First time going to HaSalon and had an incredible dining experience. We were seated at the Chefs Counter where we enjoyed watching various fresh foods be prepared right in front of us. The artichoke appetizer was perfect. Couldn’t dine in without order their oyster which were so fresh. Want to thank our servers Brandon and Miguel for such a lovely experience. They were amazing to chat with and so knowledgeable about all the dishes. They really made the dinner all the more enjoyable.

Came for early dinner. The mushroom pasta was outstanding (made al dente style). We also had the grilled Brazino in tomato sauce and it was excellent (the tomato base had lots of flavor and a little kick to it. Would recommend both dishes.

We had the MOST fun here for my husband's birthday! The food was incredible - definitely go with a large group because it makes it more fun (you have a built in party crew!) and makes it so you can order more and try more dishes! Everything we ate was incredible! The staff were fun and interactive and overall the whole experience was incredible. One of the best meals i've ever had in Vegas!
