Adolfo is amazing. He treated us with great kindness and explained all the variety of foods. Also the kanikao and Chef Andrew are also the best. They walked us through all the variety of foods and flavors. We will be back.
Hasalon is an amazing experience. I have been several times and the food, drinks, service, staff have been excellent every time. I can't recommend this place enough. If possible, try and sit at the Chef's Counter for an enhanced experience watching the chefs prepare all the food. This was one of the most delicious meals I've had in years. There were 6 of us--4 of whom are MAJOR foodies--and we cannot stop talking about each dish and arguing about which was the best. I HIGHLY recommend HaSalon!
