Can’t get omelettes or hash browns. Grilled cheese had a poor cheese/bread ratio. Too many bread bites without cheese

It's a regional chain with a location in my hometown San Diego, but the Rio Hotel Las Vegas location is nice! Two visits during our stay for the Star Trek Convention...one better than the other. Service was good all around, and we only had a brief 20 minute wait for a table for Saturday morning.

$23 Corned Beef Hash Skillet...generous slices of corned beef onto of delightfully crispy potatoes, with two eggs your style. Flavorful and filling, priced nicely for Las Vegas. There's a veggie version as well which the wife enjoyed.

$20 Big Breakfast Burrito...disappointing compared to above! The burrito is average sized, but tasted pretty good overall. Only came with a side of chips. Get a Hash Skillet instead.

$17 Hash Cobb Salad...pretty good salad overall, it's huge! Had bacon, but no other protein, chicken is an extra $8.

We stopped here for dinner and I ordered the fish and chips and the girlfriend ordered a cob salad. My meal came out first and it was literally three little fillets of fish that honestly look like ones you can get in the frozen section at the grocery store. Then the girlfriend’s salad came out, which was supposed to be a cod salad, but was more of a Caesar salad with no croutons. She asked for croutons and they brought her out a little container that had five croutons in it that were still and spongy the waitress didn’t even come and offer me a drink refill.

Standard are very low, food was similar to what i expect dumpster food taste like, when you make potatoes your speciality you should be at least capable of cooking them well, it wasnt the case our potatoes were undercook, looked like the ones of yesterday, service overall was very bad !!!

I had the chicken and waffles yesterday. The waffles was okay but the fried chicken was dry with no flavor. My father was expecting corn beef hash, not sliced corn beef . Disappointed

The manager name Cathleen is Amazing. She makes sure the customers are happy and satisfied. Highly recommend the place.

My husband and I wanted to enjoy a nice hot meal in our hotel. Upon arriving the host told us there was a half hour wait for a table and practically shooed us away. My husband and I walked around to see if there was any more restaurants and noticed there was a lot of empty tables. As we’re heading back we saw the host showing a couple, who had just arrived, a table. I guess the employees choose who they want to serve and who they don’t making this an awful place to eat. I would rate it a zero if I could.

It was my first time there, and I really enjoyed the food. I had ordered a simple breakfast, but I wished I ordered the steak and eggs that my aunt ordered. The next time I come back I will try this taking the next breakfast.

The service was perfect and every staff member was kind and helpful. The biscuits and gravy would have been so much better if they did not have mashed potatoes on them, that's right I said mashed potatoes. The banana French toast was mediocre and everything was extremely over priced (but that's vegas for you). I can not recommend dining here and will not be back.

Terrible experience. Save your money and don't go. Food was cold, bland and look like it was sitting a long time.

Avoid this place. The food tasted like it was made the day before, the rest was burnt, and the eggs were undercooked. If you're lactose intolerant, don't expect any non-dairy milk, they only offer 2% milk and joke about it. Not taken seriously at all. And very expensive.
