We stayed at the Rio from the 4th through the 10th, the food was fantastic and so awesome! I have to shout out the two working the bar through the weekend of our stay. They were both sooooo friendly, sooooo nice and worked so quickly. I always looked forward to seeing their faces getting our food to go <3

It is best to make reservations, this place gets super busy. Making a reservation will facilitate getting in, and then you get to eat awesome food to start your day!!

Ordered the bottomless mimosas with biscuits and gravy the gravey was mashed potatoes with bacon bits and the mimosas took 20 minutes plus to get another and you only have 90 minutes for them to be bottomless not worth what they advertised

Manager interrupted our meal and talked at us for 5 minutes while our food got cold even after we asked him to stop, incredibly rude.

Micheal the bartender was by far and this is coming from someone who also bartenders the WORST service ever and for Vegas this is outlandish. Didn’t even give me a menu and want me to order no drinks no nothing. Got a menu then rushed me to order. Gotta mimosa asked me if I wanted another one I don’t even know if I was charged or not wasn’t offered bottomless mimosas like the gentleman next to me. Check was given “I’m leaving take care of this” before I could even taste my food still no mimosa at this point. I would have just liked to move to the tab to the bartender after him seeing as he definitely wasn’t excited to be at work or thankful during the holiday season. Buss we got me my water and box for my food very disappointed

I got the pancake with apple cinnamon. I'm 73 so..had a lot of pancakes...and this was by far...the WORST TASTING pancake I ever had in my entire life. It was like dried paste....had the flavor of cardboard. I say it was "a pancake" because it's only 1 but it covers the entire very large plate. Had coffee and orange juice. 33 Fn Dollars. I only ate 4 bites of it.

Chicken lukewarm at best. Service issues here, believe the reviews. Slow to check back, slow to bring the check. Too many tables for the servers have too many tables to give proper service. Food taste and presentation was pretty decent other than the cold chicken.

Twelve empty tables and space at the bar and they told me it would be a half hour wait for seating. There wasn't even a line or anything, and I was just one person. Ridiculous.

Ordered breakfast take out at Rio location. Had French toast & a second order of 2 egg hash browns & biscuit. Cost $50 plus tip! I added cheddar cheese to the scrambled eggs which added $3 per plate. The eggs tasted like they are microwaved and whatever cheese sauce they put on them was not cheddar. Potatoes looked dry and dehydrated & not freshly made. For $50 they should’ve done way better. I won’t go there again.

The wait time was only about 5min on a Tuesday morning. The server was very polite, coffee came quick and hot. The food also came within 10 minutes. The mashed potatoes, biscuits, gravy and scramble were all very tasty. Everything was a little salty, but that was okay with me because I like salt. The fried chicken.. was left to be desired- it was cold, overcooked and couldn't even cut it with a steak knife. It wasnt even crispy on the outside, it was like warm cardboard that's been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours. I usually don't say anything, but I did this time and she gave me a different new breakfast and didn't charge for the chicken. Thank you! Overall, it's not bad for a normal breakfast. It's expensive (to be expected).
