Gotta be the worst hot chicken I’ve ever had, $20 and the sandwich has zero toppings barely even any sauce (unless you pay for more) and the chicken actually has no flavor. Eat at any of the other restaurants in Cosmo for way better food.

I was hoping for better but still enjoyed my meal. To be fair I did only get the chicken sandwich, I ordered it medium and it wasn't spicy enough for me (medium at other hot chicken places is usually fine!). It was tasty and the chicken was pretty juicy but i've just had better hot chicken sandos and I've had 10+ from different places. My gold standard is Howlin' Rays in Los Angeles and this place just didn't compare. Nothing at this place was bad but just not wow. Fries tasty, crinkle cut. Coleslaw tasty, nothing special. Beans were beans. Pickles didn't have enough zing. If I went again I would definitely get bone in and more spice.

I don’t think any of the workers are aware how nashville hot chicken is suppose to look. Especially with Hattie B’s being one of the two actual nashville hot chicken establishments that started the craze before the brand went national. My chicken looked like regular fried chicken and I ordered hot. I wish I took a picture of the blasphemy. If you like hot chicken, this isn’t the place, unless they are all retrained.

Chickrn was good. Potato salad was so salty it was nearly inedible. Probably the only rime I've never been able to finish a potato salad.

Called in, asked to make an order - was told they don’t take orders over the phone. Website is trash, it doesn’t work at all. Then was told it’ll be a 40 minute wait if I come in and order. All I wanted to do was order food one way or another without having to go in, order, wait in my car for 40 minutes for a to go plate. Get it together.

Uncooperative at the register and rudely rushed. Wasn't expecting this attitude from the first face of the of this establishment.

Super delicious fried chicken found here! I love that everything is as crispy as possible, including the regular fries and the pickled fries. The chicken strip was extremely well cooked and medium spice was a perfect amount!

The chicken is so chewy it’s hard to eat but the breading is good. The pickles are amazing.

The area is busy and not enough seating.

After falling in love with this restaurant in Nashville, TN, we were excited to try it here in Vegas! It holds up pretty much the same, but I'll say the sweet tea isn't quite the same.

It's also not as spicy as I remember, having no issues with 'hot'.

Seriously dry and overcooked chicken. Sadly not what I had hoped it would be

I recently visited Hattie B’s, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The chicken was hard, the beans were watery, and the mac and cheese lacked flavor. While the staff was friendly, the quality of the food didn’t justify the time and effort it took to get there.

Having enjoyed the food from the Alabama location in the past, I had high expectations, but this location falls short of the standard of excellence I’ve come to associate with Hattie B’s.

Hattie B's was great several times I had it in Nashville. This location failed to meet that expectation for me. May be good for you but for me the chicken was just fried chicken not the same as how it's made in the south which is a disappointment because I was anticipating better. I'd say with making the stop there and waiting in the line along with being told to wait 15 minutes to order as they stopped taking orders after the person in front of me, it was an experience I'd like to take back.

It's a solid chicken sandwich but not exceptional and can find similar elsewhere. Hot level isn't actually that hot at all. The sides aren't great and could do with a bit of a review.
