Over price for the amount of food they give. Is more Mexican food than Cuban. Is just name. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely delightful experience. We were lucky: we managed to get a reservation easily since I do not think many people know about this restaurant. The food was excellent, especially the Pollo Habana, although the Orchestra Cubana was a good sampler. We also had the croquetes and they were great. The Tres Leches cake was described by my dining companion as the best he ever had. Staff was super-friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely pleased with our presence there. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, even if you are not staying at the Flamingo.

I was carrying a can of beer when I walked into this restaurant and I asked if it was OK and they said yes. Then when I left, after spending $100, a woman near the entrance accosted us and told us the manager gave us a "warning".

This is the spot for a great breakfast! Stayed here a week and went every morning.

Great for a tradeshow breakfast as well cause it is quick but still extremely good food. Servers are all on point and great attitudes.

Needed some food from a gambling spree and Havana 1957 was great. Got chicken fingers and they were good. Best part, our server Paige! She rolled with our rowdy sense of humor and smiled all the way through. Such a trooper.

I had never tried Cuban cuisine until this trip to LV, and we loved it, all the plates and appetizers that we had were tasty and yummy (drinks as well)! The service was excellent! Super recommend!

Havana 1957, located inside the Flamingo Hotel in Vegas, is a vibrant addition to the Strip. Situated right across from the Flamingo’s Garden Exhibit, this newly opened restaurant offers an authentic Cuban atmosphere paired with excellent service and delicious food.

The establishment is spacious, featuring a central stage where live music adds to the lively ambiance. My party and I visited on a weekday for lunch, and we were seated immediately without a reservation. The service was exceptional, with the hostesses being particularly warm and charming. I was delighted to discover that much of the staff is Latin American, including one hostess from Cuba, whose accent gave away her origins. Speaking Spanish with her added to the authenticity of the experience, and learning that the staff comes from diverse Latin backgrounds made the visit even more special.

The décor captures the essence of old Havana with its beautiful booths, antique-style chairs and tables, and walls adorned with stunning palm tree wallpaper and vintage Cuban photographs. It truly feels like stepping into a piece of Cuba.

To start, I ordered a mango mojito, and it was mixed to perfection—easily one of the best I’ve had. The restaurant also features an attached café where you can enjoy traditional Cuban coffee, like cortadito, and pastries.

Now onto the food. The menu offers a blend of traditional Cuban dishes and creative fusion options. While tacos aren’t typically Cuban, I appreciated the variety. I ordered a salmon bowl with tostones and maduros on the side, and let me tell you, the salmon bowl was extraordinary. The salmon was seasoned to perfection, tender, and flavorful, served on a bed of quinoa with mango, bell peppers, and onions, all topped with a dressing that was absolutely divine.

The tostones were delicious, and while the maduros were slightly dry, they were still enjoyable. Overall, the meal was outstanding.

What made this experience truly memorable was the combination of excellent, authentic service and delicious food. Havana 1957 brings a vibrant and authentic taste of Cuban culture to Las Vegas, and I can’t wait to return.

Havana 1957 was absolutely exquisite! My first time in Vegas and to have a brunch as luscious and flavorful as I did was a dream come true. The ambiance is intoxicating, and our server Melissa was spectacular! You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her job. She was so hospitable and added to the already incredible culinary experience. So excited to be back in Vegas and at Havana!

We had breakfast today and also had an iced mocha that was fabulous. Our server Ricardo was prompt and efficient. If you are staying at the Flamingo this is a great restaurant.

Havana 1957 is a new eatery at the old dinner's/across from former buffet's location. We sat down at their first ever lunch service.
Cuban inspired contemporary American cuisine. It's in soft open. Last night, 12/26, it was open for dinner as their first service.
Ricky, our waiter, was very friendly and helpful.
There's still lots of things they need to figure out like how to charge to the room? do they accept Cesar's Rewards?
We previously lived in Miami and the Carribbean, so we expected some dishes to look and taste a particular way. Some dishes were excellent- empanadas. Some dishes were good but a little strange- like their ceviche which was good, but it had a strong taste of anaise, read licorice. The Orqestra dish came with rice and beans separately, but there was more beans than rice. Their yucca fries was tasty, but they were more like cubes or "hash".
They had croquettes, which turned out to be a potato ball filled with ham paste. They were tasty but strange.
Interesting note- they've got a small raised stage where they have a piano and drums. Ricky says entertainment should be scheduled for Fridays and Saturday nights.

Update: 12/28/2024 - Confirmed - they did have live entertainment to make did a fun Friday or Saturday night.

We had breakfast this time. Interesting menu- still contemporary American fare with a Cuban twist.
We had the tres leches French toast
Egg breakfast sandwich
Breakfast burrito
Omelet
Fresh brewed Coffee
Iced latte- very good.
Berry smoothie - very thick, more like a puree. We added water to thin it down. We let our server know. They comped it, which was very nice of them, especially since I did drink it down.
OJ to replace the smoothie.

They are still getting the hang of things, so be kind. All the staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We'll try it again on our next trip.

A nice surprise to find they opened just two days ago! The entire service staff was welcoming and attentive. After choosing to sit at the bar for a Bloody Mary (which was excellent and wonderfully spicy) and receiving great service, I decided to stay and try the Tuna Poke Bowl. The attention to fresh ingredients presented in an artful and appealing way was much appreciated. I'm excited to come back and enjoy a meal in the dining room next!
