Havana 1957 at Flamingo Las Vegas

This is our second time coming here while staying in Las Vegas for the weekend trip. This place is amazing from the staff to the food. Brandon our server was awesome. We’ll definitely keep coming back. Big Havana plate for breakfast and Cuban style steak and eggs accompanied by a Cortadito.

When arrived at the bar Micheal was our bartender and he is a lot of fun and makes the greatest Mojito i have had in a long time.
Then Luis arrived and the energy went through the floor we left.
Today we are back to see Micheal

We ate breakfast at Havana 1957 three times this week. The food is delicious! Our server, Jennifer was fantastic! She was very attentive. Your company should be commended for hiring such wonderful staff and she should be commended for her excellent work.

For those three breakfast meals we had the American breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast, and fruit), French Toast, and pancakes. All three meals were scrumptious and were generous portions. We enjoyed the coffee as well. It was bold and delicious. The serving staff ensured that our cups were always full. Wonderful place!

Absolutely perfection, food service atmosphere. Haven't had authentic Cuban food in a long time, and found it in Vegas. Stop in the Flamingo and have a great meal. Mikey Mike was our bartender/service both visits, do yourself a favor and request him when you stop in.

What a wonderful find during our trip to. Las Vegas. As a Cuban national myself, was very pleased by the atmosphere, and the food, which was truly authentic. Even my husband (Canadian) found the cuisine to be superb - and he;s not really familiar with subtle Cuban spices and flavors.

One thing which made our dining experience delightful (other than the cuisine) was Keith, our server. His attention to detail, knowledge of the various dishes on the menu and pleasant demeanor went a long way in making our dining experience special.

We will definitely eat at Havana 1957 should we return to Las Vegas.

The food was a 10 out of 10. I wasn’t expecting the food to be as authentic as it was. Definitely give this restaurant a try.

Food was great although a little pricey. What really bothered me was when we got the bill and they charged me $8 for a Dr. Pepper. When I complained they said well at least you get free refills. Ummm yeah I would hope so.

I hace been too do many times to havana 1957, and everytime i go i allways see thid Wonderful woman called sulma shes a hard working woman se cares about her customers anf because of her i allways go back. To eat there just to see her nice sweet survice.

Honestly the best I went again like a few weeks ago because my family and I was in vacation and it we were visiting Vegas and we saw this place and decided to go and the food and everything was nice but there was a woman there name sulma she's very nice she took us to our table and she's an angel she even asks us how's our day and why we came there which is very heartwarming ❤️

This new venue at Flamingo is a game changer for the property. I’m trying to reach those of you out there faithful to CET that know how bad the Mexican place was as the other unit besides Bugsy&Meyers.

Cynthia was our server and she was amazing and very helpful to pick the best choices for both food and drinks. My friend and I think it was the best service experience we’ve had in the CET footprint in years!

Will go to this place for breakfast or dinner each time we come back to town! Cheers!

What an horrible experience!!!!
One of the worst restaurant in Las Vegas
Had one bite of each and stop eating, gross food
We had the set lunch menu
Croquette ( so 1980) guacamole, not homemade that’s for sure
A very nasty burger and a chicken salad
Rubbery flan and what a disaster Dulce cake
Told our server that we didn’t like any of the food, but didn’t call the manager or take off items from the check but still expected a minimum of 18% tips
Don’t go there, you will feel horrible after eating that nasty food!!!
