Such a disappointment- croquettes were cold, guava pastry was ok, Cuban coffee was bitter tasting. Seemed like a fun place to go, very clean, loud music. No one spoke English so ordering was difficult.

Not sure how this could have been so bad as the reviews were raving!!’n

I only go because the food is very delicious and very homemade, but the service of the lady who works there, who is Cuban and has blonde hair, wears glasses or glasses and the other one who also serves, who is a little younger and also has blonde hair, the two of them serve very badly, it bothers them when one asks them the prices and what variety of food there is because they always make a bad gesture and have a bad face and that looks bad for the restaurant, the only thing they do with that attitude is lose customers, the owner of the restaurant should give her a call attention to the two employees. Because it is not fair that the restaurant loses money for lack of commitment at work, for having a bad attitude, for being negligent due to lack of empathy and respect towards the customers who enter the restaurant.

The staff was very rude. They pretended not to speak English but they was talking to other customers in English, but I guess they didn’t wanna speak English to me very rude and the food was junk worst Cuban sandwich I’ve ever eaten and they can all these taste like trash their crème brûlée taste like a bad cheesecake their tamales just have chunks of pork it’s not pork all the way through very weird

Terrible customer service, those girls who were there today should be nicer since they serve people, not animals. It was already late and they probably didn't feel like working, but it's not the customer's fault.

The truth is that the pizzas are not well made, it seems that the dough has been roasting for a week and has hard cheese and not very rich mashed potatoes.

One of the worst cuban restaurants I have been to, food was salty and mediocre at best, poor service , portions very small and very expensive. Save your time and money don't go there.

No one was at drive thru and went around 3 times, waited. Disappointed because there was someone inside working on the register. Should have posted a sign saying drive thru closed or not working.

The food is all bad, the breakfast, the bread, you can't eat, the fruit smoothie, it's artificial powder, I don't recommend it, we couldn't eat everything, it costs money so it gets lost, so no people.

Update: 11/29. Went back for the lechon. Much more tender, fresh. See photos. I’ve been here before a few times, but this is my first review. I’ve had the Lechon roasted pork, rice beans, and other side dishes but today I decided to have the roasted chicken which was not moist, but not too dry. I wouldn’t say it was my favorite meal. I would definitely go for the ground beef or the pork next time versus the chicken. The service is as friendly as it can be. I guess could be friendlier, but I don’t know. Maybe it’s a Cuban thing.

Had a pretty good Espresso. El Sandwich Cubano was not so flavorful, nor were the sad fries.

The truth is that it's like the fourth time I've visited and I was there yesterday and the food is not of very good taste, it doesn't taste good and they don't cook the products well, plus they don't serve the customers well... They should improve a little and take as an example to other Cuban restaurants

I prefer Carlitos. Here I bought 2 meals for 30 dollars and one was a pork broth? That was just food, anyone who knows me knows that I don't lie. Here is a photo of the brothThe old clothes the meat was in pieces

The prices are affordable but at what cost. I ordered salad, they don't have it on the menu; They sent me the cold tilapia. The automated system almost forces you to tip and at the end of the dinner you have to grab the trays and plates and drain them in the solid waste deposit inside, something similar to a Food Court in any mall. Needless to say, I'm never going back.

Prices are affordable, but not worth it. They have no salads in their menu and the Tilapia I requested was cold. The system forces you to give a tip and at the end of the dinner you have to clean your dishes like you do in a Food Court at any mall. I won't go back anymore.

I left work and wanted to eat a Cuban pizza, I ordered a Hawaiian one and there is nothing very poorly prepared about Hawaiian, apart from the attention of the boy who brought our order to the table, there is no politeness like asking for permission, they don't get anything out of it, you have to Go out with the food tray in your hand as if it were a workers' dining room and you yourself throw the food in the trash and what's more, it is located at the same entrance next to the tables where people are eating.
I personally do not recommend that place.
