Very disappointing, we lived in Miami and know good Cuban food. My husband enjoys roast pork, what he got was a hunk of tough pork, roast pork is usually so tender you can cut it with a fork..not here. My palomillo steak was cold as was the rice, the others in our party had the talipia and chicken and theirs was good. It took forever to get our food, our waitress after taking our order was MIA. Our busier was wonderful, attentive and when we told him about the pork he did get it off our bill. Will not go back.

Called about the patio being dog friendly. Hostess went and asked and someone with more say got on the phone and was re-asked and she said yes. Drove here and told we could only have appetizers and drinks. That would have been good information to have before driving here. We left. We have been here before and the food is ok. When people have the forethought to call, giving the customer the correct info would be nice. Will never come back.w

B.dias, my name is Bernardo Suarez, last Sunday the 16th I made a comment through another channel addressed to the owners, since there has been no sign from you I will also do it here. On January 28th I made a reservation in my name for February 14th at 8pm. We arrived on time and minutes later they kindly sat us at the first table on the right at the entrance (in fact the large group of people waiting were almost on top of us). My comment is not to evaluate the service or work of the staff because we did not see that, but because we were ignored for an hour or more, we did not exist there, we could not even taste the water, no one approached us. If it seems like I'm exaggerating, look at the security cameras. We had great patience but at approximately 9:20 pm we left. My little grandson cried because of the croquettes and because of his thirst. There was no one around to report it, I turned towards the center and said goodbye. The message that came to us was disorder, lack of organization and ability to hold an event, no one wanted to show their face and a total lack of interest in doing it as best as possible, there was no one in charge or who had control of the situation, not even anyone interested in explaining or entertaining with drinks, and I am not directly blaming the service staff.
Other times I've gone there and everything was good, but like this, I can't recommend them to anyone, especially for events. At the moment I don't know when I will return, and if I go it would be just open, but no more in activities.
Nothing, our celebration and night was totally ruined. The only thing I want is for them to gain experience of what happened, be receptive and rectify the problems for the future.

I went to the shop to buy some sweets and ice cream for my 2-year-old. After paying, the payment went through on my bank account, but the staff claimed there was an issue with their machine and insisted the payment didn’t go through. Despite showing them my bank statement, they told me I had to pay again, insisting their machine was correct and my bank was wrong.

This bizarre situation dragged on for 25 minutes while my toddler cried for his ice cream. I even had to call my bank to verify the payment, and in the end, no one apologized for the ordeal.

It was an absolutely terrible experience. Would I recommend this place to anyone? Absolutely not. This is a perfect example of how bad customer service can ruin the entire shopping experience.

The service was not good for us. I went with my husband and we waited too long for the main course to be served. As an apology for the delay in service, they offered us soup, it was not bad but it is not the case and the worst thing is that we saw that a group came in after us to eat and they were served the food before 🙄
For our first visit, a very bad experience. Also, the young man who served us when my husband asked him about the dishes because we don't know Cuban food, he only gave short answers like he didn't want to take the time. The truth is very bad. The atmosphere was very nice and we would have liked to return but after that, I don't think so.

Being nice (empathetic) in these times is a gift. You don't have it. We chose them for our friends' vow renewal lunch, we promised our group of Chileans that we would be very well cared for. We asked to please be allowed to open our Champagne, they asked for 40 for the corkage. Obviously Cubans outside Cuba are very different. Our waiter needs to be taught good manners (maybe a little late, you learn at home. Good food.

The restaurant at the entrance did not smell very good, the food was not bad and the prices were sky high, the truth is that you are not satisfied with what they serve you, a lot of garnish on the plate and it took forever to bring the food the only thing that I loved was the piña colada we spent 220 dollars on 4 dishes like this 1 piña colada and 1 mineral water and 1 beer I think they even charged me for the flower I will definitely not go to the place again
