Placed a door dash order for some BBQ short ribs.
Ribs tasted good and the portion size was great, but every single piece I got was full of tiny little shards of bone. Almost cracked a tooth twice on the first piece before I realized.

It really should be two stars but the service was sincere. The meat was poor quality and prepared unwell. Macaroni salad tastes store made. The meals also took a long time to prepare.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and had a pleasant interaction with a polite and professional male cashier. While I briefly stepped out to grab a drink from Jamba Juice, I decided to return to the restaurant to enjoy my meal due to the hot weather outside. Unfortunately, I overheard a conversation between the cashier and a female staff member, where she expressed her dissatisfaction with me bringing in a drink from outside, despite the presence of a sign in the window. This exchange lasted for about 7 minutes, and it made me feel quite uncomfortable and unsettled. I want to apologize to the cashier if my actions caused any trouble for him, as I didn't initially plan on dining in. After finishing my meal, I approached the cashier and expressed my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Given that I was tired from work and overlooked the signage on the door, I hope the staff member who scolded the cashier can learn to handle such situations with more professionalism. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I won't be returning to dine at this establishment.

This restaurant should be 0 star.. my wife ordered katsu plate and the chicken is very dry, stringy and tasted old!! Their katsu sauce is frozen and has chunks of ice in it. Who would want to eat cold sauce when dining in?!? You kidding?! We brought the food back to the cashier and was told by one of the lady that katsu is cooked in the morning and supposed to be dry because it’s fried?! You gotta be joking?! And no restitution for the inconvenience at all. She only said that they have never had any problems before. Well they should check their reviews. Definitely not recommending this place at all!

I give 4 stars because I question the temperature. The service, quality and quantity is a reason for going back.

The dining room is a little rundown, but the staff is nice and the food is very good.

Not the best Hawaiian barbecue I've had in Vegas. Actually the worst. Blan, plain, disappointing. One of those time you feel you wasted your money. Staff plesant.

Food is normally pretty good but this time was not so pleasant. I went about an hour before closing. Many of the popular dishes weren’t available. Chicken Katsu specifically. Got the BBQ chicken instead. Chicken was rubbery and didn’t have that real BBQ taste like normal. Macaroni salad was also kinda rancid.

I originally went to the Chinese restaurant next door them called China Dragon, but discovered they were closed when I got there. I was hungry and wanted to pick up food on the way home from work after 5pm on a Thursday night. I ended up ordering a regular sized Hamburger Steak plate and 3 spam musubi. The worker shared the Chinese restaurant has a separate arrangement when I asked why they were closed. The Chinese restaurant and Hawaiian restaurant share an open dining space. The spam musubi was well cooked and wrapped with the perfect sauce. However, I didn’t have a great experience with the hamburger steak plate. It tasted bloody like it wasn’t well cooked or like it was old meat, and the gravy was seasoned with some curry tasting mix that was slathered all over the rice. It upset my stomach and I couldn’t finish it. I threw it away. The total for my order was over $20. I am Hawaiian and have made my own hamburger steak, and have had better at Island Sushi Grill and Ross J’s. I won’t be eating here again.

Vegetarian options: You can opt for a no meat dish. The meat proteins are beef and chicken, you can substitute it for vegetables.
