Had dinner outside in the garden. Nice to hear waterfalls instead of someone else cackling in the background. Huge Koi meandering through the garden. Attentive service. Filet Mignon melts in your mouth.

Steaks were a little over cooked. Waiter offered to have them redone, but we didn't have time to wait. Still edible. Not our usual experience here. Maybe just an off night.

What a vegas hidden gem this was. Pricing was fine, food was perfect, portions were mindblowing. I've lived close to the location for so long and will definitely return!

Hidden gem off the strip with amazing value. The service was absolutely fantastic. The food from the burrata salad to our main courses (lamb and scallops) were outstanding. Pay careful attention to the lamb, it was amazing. My only criticism is that the cocktails were subpar and could use a different direction. Outside of that, this is a delightful place and worthy of a look.

The staff is top-notch when it comes to both service and recommendations. The atmosphere truly makes you feel special and well taken care of. Our tableside steak was prepared and presented to perfection — an impressive and delicious experience from start to finish.

Delicious Happy Hour food and great service from bartenders Desiree and Byrd. Atmosphere was fun and light hearted. The manager Josh was welcoming and nice to talk to. He seems to be very familiar with excellent service and food. That’s what we received when we went to Hawthorne Happy Hour. Thanks!

Celebrated my birthday we were a group of 4. All of us had the price fix dinner option. The best bargain at $55 with a very large steak, first course a chopped salad that could have been a meal in itself with avocado & fresh bacon bits we were all calling it the unending salad!! And a yummy dessert. Loved our servers I'm sorry I forgot their names.

A beautiful venue with a most attentive wait staff. A wonderful place for a relaxed and elegant dining experience.

The service was exceptional and able to make accommodations for our group. Everyone's food was perfect! Can't say enough to recommend this restaurant.

We go to Hawthorne often because staff members are wonderful. They provide excellent service and are very kind. As for food, you need a new chef!

We had reservations for 6:15 but by 6:30 the Rack of Lamb was sold out and by 7:00 the special Father's Day desert was sold out. The kitchen was terribly slow, food was barely warm, and the staff appeared to be overworked and frustrated. We have been here several times, and this was by the far the worst we have ever experienced.

It was our 25th Anniversary. The service provided by our waiter was extremely poor. Our waters were left empty and we were mostly ignored. The table next to us however, was given the gold standard. The same waiter kept coming up to them and kept their water filled if it was even half empty. He was very attentive to them. We were very disappointed as we had been looking forward to this for some time as we had celebrated our Anniversary the year before and at that time very much enjoyed our experience. That is why returned. Having worked at a gourmet restaurant for many years in the past I always tip over 20% when i receive excellent servive. We wrote an email to the manager and 4 days later have still not received a reply. I waited to see if they would show that care before posting this but as with most customer service nowadays. No one cares.

Service rating above reflects long wait. 30 - 45 minute wait to be seated and served on a Sunday in May 2025. Hostess told me they were full. Wasn't the case. They only had 2 servers. Another 15 minute wait for food. Server was fine. Unfortunately, had to eat here as it was the non-points Platinum Elite benefit. Did get comped for $6 of $26 restaurant bill (remainder was Elite benefit). Had to cancel ticketed plans because of a 90 minute+ experience to eat. Was consistent with poor hotel experience throughout my stay.

Unless you have at least 90 minutes, I would avoid this restaurant. Tables with 2 or more received better service.

Do not waste your money here. Would never come back. Food is horrible. I ordered medium steak, came well done and salty. Nothing had flavour. So bad. Service was very slow. The only good thing about this place was the scenery.
